Ingredients (3 - 4 servings🍝):
My cup volume = 200 ml
400 g (14 oz) chicken thighs, sliced
salt and pepper
Paprika and nutmeg
Mixture of herbs and olive oil
Mix well and roast for 2-3 minutes
1 onion, finely chopped
4 garlic cloves, crushed and chopped
400 g (14 oz) diced tomatoes in the sauce
200 ml (1 cup) cream (30%)
300 g Penne Rigatoni
300 ml (1 1/2 cups) chicken or vegetable stock
Let the dish simmer over low heat for 10 minutes
A handful of fresh parsley, chopped
✅ Serve once you have mixed the sauce with pasta!
✅ Before serving, grate Parmigiano Reggiano or aromatic goat cheese to taste.
