This would include the power to make laws on subjects such as forest management, agriculture, administration of villages and towns, inheritance, marriage, divorce and social customs. A majority of the population in Ladakh belongs to Scheduled Tribes. Forest fire in Uttarakhand is annual phenomenon, usually caused by pine trees which are everywhere and planted by Britishers. It's leaves when fall are not consumed by any animal and covers entire area under it and avoid any other plant to grow increasing temperature in the area and prone to forest fire

Joshimath was not actually because of infrastructure, there was another reason, it was already on unstable ground, whereas Ladakh is on very stable ground

The Geothermal setup will disturb the wetland habitat of Puga which sustains the migratory birds during summers since the Hotspring is in the middle of the wetland...
