O my God....itne saare benefits ek hi aasan se... don't believe so...sach me sir mujhe sleep ki bhut problem hai...aur legs me pain hamesha rehta h...but jb Maine esko kl raat sote time Kiya...mujhe etni need aayi .ki mai sidhe morning me uthi...aur next day leg pain bilkul hi nhi tha...kuchh bhi ho mai ye ek cheez to life time nhi chhodungi.... thanku thanku so much 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Thnk u sir i have too many varicose vein in my both legs and i have already done two operation but after 15 yrs i had a baby boy and i got varicose vein trice after delivery..Now the doctor told me to operate i dont know what to .Im 58 but the vein font disturb me now i dont know after 60 im woried.Plz help My vein is very large.Im doing dancing yoga all this.
