If you don’t pay yourself. How do you pay bills? Do you have another job while growing airbnb?

I really wish someone on KZread would explain the taxes. I know how to do this I’ve worked for 3 management companies that do this but I still don’t know how the taxes work.

I've got 2 airbnbs and about to open a third. Struggling to grow and scale with cleaners and automation.

Starting my first Airbnb once I finish decorations. How much do you get into decorations? Also, with your first 3 units, did you use a professional photographer?

Congrats!! It depends on the size and grade of the property. But usually spend a decent about to get the place feeling more homey. Yes I always use a professional photographer. It’s a few extra $$$ but really worth it.

I allow midterm stays as well long term but my main focus is STR. If the numbers make sense I’m open to hosting people for longer periods of time as well!
