I live about a mile from PIA in Maryland. I must have went to their website 100 times in the last 2 years daydreaming how cool it would be working on planes. Well after watching your videos I went to their next open house and ended up enrolling. Classes start in exactly 2 weeks. Thanks for the inspiration James.

James! Your video's are such a refreshing change to the majority of content on KZread. I love aviation and I love flying and it's strange but your video's make me not only want to eventually pursue my challenge of getting a pilots licence but I also generally feel so much more confident on planes knowing that there are people like you keeping them safe! your video's have come so far in the aspects of story telling and production value! keep it up. Very cool giveaway. I volunteer regularly at a local air museum and saw some blown pistons lying around. I really wanted to use them as decorations as although broken at the shaft, they still had the heads intact. I possibly wanted to make a table out of old props, and aircraft parts. Congrats on the channel and I have seen every one of your videos. I am a private pilot myself, but your videos are pulling me towards maintenance and possibly getting my A&P. Thank you!

I have always wanted to do something along the lines of what you are doing. Ultimately I decided to follow engineering as a career, and although I am about a year into school, I know that this is what I have always wanted to do. The reason I say this is because I was inspired by someone like you. You might not know it, but you are making a bigger impact than you really think. Just one of your videos might inspire younger generations who are unsure of their future to follow a field like yours. Thank you for the wonderful content.

I worked as a line guy for Atlantic at BUR and had to deal with the swarm of SurfAir PC-12's whenever HHR was fogged in. I saw your videos come up and knew you looked familiar. I left about a month ago to go to VNY now working towards my A&P cert, it's really cool being able to see what it's actually like.

Amazing video, I joined your adventures only 3 months ago so I feel as though I don't fully deserve the giveaway. Just wanted to say thanks and don't stop :)

Congrats with a year of making videos on youtube. Im a very new subscriber but i bingewatched your content because i found it quite interesting. Personaly im doing my degree a computer electronics technician in Norway (wich is why my english is not the best). I've thought about taking a degree in avionics after im done with my current degree. The field seems interesting to work in. Keep up the good work, loving your videos!

A good reason? Hmm, you know how in movies sometimes you see the crew asking whether a doctor is onboard (now, thanks to United, this question will become somehow less popular, I guess) or a pilot, right? Well, so far no one asked if anybody has a spare valve but I'd like to be prepared and always have one with me, you know, just in case :D
