Big fan of your channel James Sullivan, Always been fascinated with all things aviation. From playing Flight simulator 2004 and FSX before college to x-plane. aviation websites and forums. Dreamed on going to Embry Riddle but finances and grades got me to Southern Illinois Carbondale instead with no major but a roommate in Aviation... I would always go through his books and studies. I work in tech right now but would love to do what you do! looks so intriguing and rewarding. Anyways I lived in southern cali for a year and really enjoyed it. love in and out. miss that area. KEep kool!

Honestly this channel will be hella successful! I can't wait ! Absolutely love aviation but had no interest in being aviation mechanic but shoot your videos are very convincing!!!!!

I use to work as a tech for Airplane MRO and was thinking of getting an AnP I loved the people and the work but the company sucked which discouraged me from the aviation industry. I went into the railroad industry but I love your videos lots of familiar components on there.

A couple random questions after watching a few videos: 1) Are you type rated on the planes you're working on at all? (I noticed some other comment where you mentioned having a CPL, so...just curious.) 2) It's pretty apparent your work is pretty cool with these videos, how on earth did you get permission to do it? I would have figured something like, I dunno, trade secrets or liability (or some other nonsense) would just get in the way...

Okay.... So I stumbled on to one of your videos because it was PC-12 related, and ever since that little Swiss Factory announced the PC-12 (which was what, a decade before you were BORN James?) I have drooled over that fine Aircraft. When they came out with the NG.... well, that became a close second to sex! Somehow the second video I clicked in my new found addiction was your "I Got the Job"... and with its opening of you darting around the room in your Boxer Briefs... ya almost lost me (with "what the hell am I watching) but the rest of that video had me totally committed and LMAO! You have a great attitude, a solid personality (if not infectious) coupled with knowledge and style. Watching you and Vincent (where'd he move on to?) "Play" while maintaining a $5 Million piece of Aviation Erotica just cracks me up - while at the same time I'm learning tons. Congrats, keep it up and THANKS! 1 year ago i finished my study for aircraft mechanic in Europe but it is so expensive here to get the final papers. ($ 20.000) so i decided to do something else. Now i see your awesome video's and i am jealous. keep up the good work guys.

Thanks! Come work in the USA, if you meet the testing requirements which you likely do since you've studied to be a mechanic then you can test to be a mechanic here for less than 1k

Great video good sir! I'm a new subscriber and I really like what I've seen so far! I do have a question for you. I really want to get my A&P license and I'm looking at a trade school to go too. How good at math do you have to be? I'm decent at it, but when it gets to those long equations with all the letters... I'm screwed.. Haha.. I was a line technician here in Oklahoma City and I miss being around all those airplanes! Keep up the great work. 😁

Basic algebra is the highest math you'll need. Mainly for weight and balance equations and also conversions. Good luck!
