I know this is not your typical video, but it was great. Thanks for sharing your tips. So I’m 49 and my dad is 82, he’s had 3 trucks my whole life. I vaguely remember the one he had when I was little. He bought a 1979!Toyota truck when I was 5. Then in 1994/1995 he bought a Chevy truck that he still has.

Good video, love it. Heard from my RV manufacturer not to use silicone (caulk and products) on the R V rubber roof. Have been using the ceramic stuff on truck and rv sides, works great. was in your video last year or so. Safe Travels!!! Dave

Happy Birthday Lily!!! We wash our rig every time were done with a trip unless of course there's an issue. Like dead grasshoppers or frogs smashed all over the truck grill. We also store our RV inside a warehouse for protection from the sun, and tornado/hail damage. You do a great job keeping your rv, and truck clean.😅

Great episode so much to process I use the blue beacon truck wash on occasion. I must admit most of the RV parks that have been thousand trails don’t want you washing in your site. You can have a local service come in and wash your rig. I would like to take my time to wash and clean everything I’m not as experienced and talented as you as washing an RV. Mostly, I’ve just washed my own truck. I do want to get all the supplies and equipment needed. Thanks again for all your help your positive energy and fun. You have such a wonderful family. I really enjoyed this and I learned a lot. I would love to see an in-depth detailing video😊 (with details like how to get rid of paint transfer sigh). Again, thank you. I did learn a lot. I was one of those that went to car washes because as a disabled person, it is difficult to clean the car myself, but you have convinced me that it is worth the extended effort.

Thanks for putting this video together. Lots of great product recommendations that just work. I ran a full service car wash 30 yrs ago, so familiar with the techniques but way out of date on what products to use. This helps a lot. KZread is chock full of promotions for boutique brands that overcharge and underdeliver. That compact pressure washer is amazing BTW. Yet another example of how things have improved over the years. I still have my gas powered Honda sprayer from decades ago that cost a fortune back then.

Another awesome video. I’m a clean freak. Also all my life and my camper is protected with a one year ceramic coated it cleans so much easier. Basically you take a garden hose and squirt the front off and the bugs come right off. Also, I like that you’re a general motors man I got another three Chevy with a Duramax in it that will be the last truck I ever buy no omissions controls at all on that no DEF, I’ll put Band-Aids on it until I can’t drive anymore. Again, thanks again for all your hard work. You guys have some great videos.

Thanks for the tips. I would suggest that you look into 303 Protectant for your roof and tires. It is very good for protecting all rubber products from uv damage. You mentioned using ceramic wax. I've used Collinite No. 845 Insulator Wax for over 25 years. Power companies use it for insulating their electrical wires. I only need to apply it every six months. Hey guys! Thanks for this awesome video. I also do wash, wax, and detail my truck and RV once a year. And most importantly, cover the trailer when not in use to protect from UV especially in sunny Southern California. Thanks for this informational video. I actually did some cool things and will order some. I would suggest only use the brush and all purpose spray on the roof. Using pressure washer would wear the condition of the rubber roofing quickly and its coat, sealants and strain/movement on the caulking that may lead to leaks, just in my opinion. Growing up with my parent’s Rv I did use pressure washer so many times and later had a roof leak when it was only 5 years old. Just thought to share my experience. I am open to feedbacks and opinions. Great job detailing the rig and the truck. Always protect from any harm! Thanks again and see you on the road. ☺️🤟🏻

Super helpful; II'd love to see educational videos on everything related to cleaning inside and out and subtle restoration! I bought my 23' camper in January and had to bring it home in January in WI and thought I got all the salt off, but minor rust under one side, and I would really like to know how best to address it. Also, RV roofs have always been a mysterious topic in the RV community, and I would like more insight into these issues.

Thank you for all that. I have a small pressure washer I planned to carry with us and now I'm more convinced to do so.

I use the NYC ammo wax he’s out of New York. His wife is a chemist best wax I’ve ever used and I agree with you on everything else. My trucks in 2016 it looks like show room and so does my RV. and that cordless pressure washer I love it I ordered one.

Great info as always. The challenge we typically face is not being able to wash our rig our selves in RV park due to park rules. Not sure if this is a west coast thing but it is a problem at times

This weekend in washing the rv, boat and 2 trucks. I'm using ceramic wash got the first time. Followed up with mcguires spray ceramic. Lots of work but I love it.

I use Superior Products for washing, waxing, and polish. My polish is Slick Finish. It lasts about 6 months I also use Formula 4 for a drying agent on my motorhome.
