28:25 minutes in - "I get kinda fiesty" - YUP! Me too... LOL! I'm right there with you. I am a very confident person in my work and business. And, I only am on FB if its a business need. Those you surround yourself are like minded and even better if they are in a place you admire both from a business and a personal position - they will guide you to a higher level. I had to distance myself from many relationships... I love them where they are but I can not be infected by their thoughts and actions.

I don't consider myself a clothing guy either. However, I put my empty hangers at the end of my clothing rack when I sell something. At the end of summer there are not very many hangers there. At the end of Q4 there are many many. I am very selective what clothes I buy too. The thing about clothes is they are easy all around. Quick easy profit.

I like you for your honesty and i bet your family likes your honesty and being a positive person. I hated working a job and i love being home and selling things that i have in my house so i source things from my house that need to go. I may not make a lot of my but i like what i do make. Hi Mike. Like and appreciate your content. How are you dealing with stale inventory that starts to incur storage costs by Amazon? Do you have it shipped back for eBay sales or liquidated by AMZ?

I send all to liquidation. I have differently levels to lower the prices on REPRICEIT and also stale inventory on Amazon. They automatically dump after certain time periods.

The problem is some people just don't know how to run a business and they think it's the same for everybody. I know young guy worked for a window cleaner for six months, the owner of the company had trouble paying his employees. He left and within three years working for himself earning $160000 profit a year. The old guy he worked would never dreamed of making a sort of cash. Cheers Graham

Also when your sick your not forced to go to a building or warehouse and be there sneezing and coughing feeling embarrassed You can simply take the day off and heal yourself Some jobs will fire you for being sick too many times apparently

I do on normal books, but that first edition is worth $200 plus so insurance for one and also the true collectors understand that little extra you go to to make sure it gets there faster.

excuse my language but that 7 days a week guy doesnt know what the hell hes talking about lol. he mustve had crappy items that sat to where he had to work long days lol,... that much time and only 20 sales a day? lol
