Found you today. I started about 6-8 weeks ago pretty much doing the same thing. I started concentrating on the two areas I enjoy selling the most and choosing more quality pieces with a higher ASP and STR. I have more sales, more traffic, and I am enjoying it more also. Thank you for the video.

I disagree about the whole get there early mentality. I've been at plenty of thrift stores first thing they open. I think people must think that all thrift stores only restock after people leave. That is not true at all. In fact after they close they want to leave and go home. They will restock before opening sure which is probably why you see some good stuff at opening. I don't think that has to be the only best way. I've legit found tons of great items 15 mins before they close many times and throughout the day. In fact I've found $2k bag of toys 15 mins before they close in Dec in Chicago where it's very competitive at one of the most competitive goodwill and busiest before xmas. That might have been luck but it goes to show you that there are always stuff. I think with him it's more routine and just knocking things out earlier which I agree is smart. Time is really our worst enemy.
