We love the warehouse setup. It is almost identical to ours…just a LOT bigger. We also built our inventory via the wholesale route and are moving to the handpicked model where we cherry pick our local thrift stores. You showing the brands/items you are picking up is the exact education we need at this point. MANY thanks for the style of videos you are doing.

Beau, thanks for the info. Question, you buy a NWT item then notice some stains. If you cant get it out by hand would you list NWT as is, showing the stains or take the tags off and try washing it, then maybe list it NWOT?

Yeah I would double check the pit to pit measurements and you should be able to confirm its a men's or women's size. Still a solid find Bobbie!

Could you do a video on the advantages according to the numbers? How much you lose due to shipping compared to the extra you save on lower fees? You just answered your own question. Just rip the bandaid and put a price on it with best offer and let the market decide. Doesn't do you much good stressing over price if you never list it.

Whats up, bro? Joe S from toledo Ohio. I was on your kive the other day... Quick question, i notice that you pick up slower STR items. Do you habe a quota for your 140 items? Ex.: 50 - 100% STR, 20 - 75% STR, 10 - 50% STR, and so on. Also, do you ha e a price point for each? Im really, really, trying to become full time. Hey Joe! Yeah so since my business has changed over the last year, I only pick up items where I can make at least $10 profit with 30% STR minimum. Everyone's metrics are different but those are the ones I have set going forward for eBay. Keep up the good work!

Better ROI on my time is hitting local thrifts. But I'll hit the bins a couple times a month maybe.

How do you keep track of items? You buy them and inventory them but then you have to remove the lables to wash them... How does that work?

Hey David that is a good question, so once they get de tagged and put in the inventory system everything gets a SKU label and stored in sequential order on racks. On an eBay listing their is a spot to put a Custom SKU # for each item so you can track it when that item sells.

The bigger sizes of addie bauer weatheredge jackets can sell. Look on the sleeve for weatheredge

Yeah for most womens and men's clothing. For mens jeans I don't really pick up anything bigger than a 40 inch waist.
