The only part of Genos that is human is his brain. Majority of him is mechanical. He does have psuedo organic parts like tongue and hair

No, that is simply false. He still has some of his organs like stomach liver lungs, also his spine and some muscle tissue is also there you can clearly see it after he melted because of the deep sea king.

If those were his real organs he would have e been dead many times when hes sliced ot ripped in half. It's not the core being his heart either because he can live without it having power but cant move.

I don't think Genos' face is flesh/blood, I think it's just robotic made to look human. After all, the face got all slashed up and one eye gouged out in mosquito woman fight, but he was fine and dandy when he came to see Saitama shortly afterwards. I think maybe his brain is only part that's real, but not 100%.
