I think the giant hiding the poneglyph is saul. Saul used to be covered in bandages after ohara, so he was burned. Saul is in hiding himself and he's been studying the works of ohara for 20 years, so he can probably read the poneglyph, he knows its true value, and is devoted to carrying on the work of ohara. The other giants wouldn't have any idea what it says. Plus that would provide the opportunity for robin to reunite with saul. Also, when oda showed saul in chapter 1114, he only showed him from the back, which means there's probably something about his face oda is keeping secret. On top of that, referring to him as "the man with the burn scar" hides his identity, and he doesn't want the world government to know he's alive. However, it's easy to put together a lot of details and still come up with a theory that's wrong in One Piece. Oda intentionally takes the less obvious route many times in order to stay ahead of the readers.

what do i think? i think he might be Saul (because it is obvious that he has burn scars but those are from aokiji ,he might have gotten it through frostbite, but it won't explain how he was shown in the recent chapter, s i might be wrong) or it can be loki as u speculated, it can be speculated that he might have been a child during Bigmoms rampage (and also that the fact that he was asking to marry his daughter who is obviously younger than her) this is what i think.
