One of the hardest things we do in rescue is say no

Үй жануарлары мен аңдар

Sadly with our current shelter crisis we say no way more than we’ve ever had to 😞. It breaks our hearts that saving every life just isn’t an option. No rescue can take in every dog. The reality is there is only so much space and when our ranch and foster homes are full we can’t say yes to that life in need. This is why we choose to focus on the lives most at risk of euthanasia, the lives in our shelter system.
We pull directly from high kill shelters. We do not have the ability to take in surrenders or take in lost dogs the public finds. We average over 100 dogs in our care at any given point in time and when we receive over 100 requests every week for help we can promise you the math just doesn’t add up. There's no place to put 100 extra dogs a week and so we have no choice but to say no. Please understand we are just one rescue doing our best to help the dogs we can. For some it may not be enough but for the lives we save we can guarantee it’s everything!
For those looking to place a dog in need please utilize our public reshare page on Facebook. Need the link? Shoot us a message and we’ll send it over.

If I lived in the US, I would foster to help you out. Having volunteered in a rescue centre, I know the pressure you guys are under. As many other centres like Marley's Mutts are full constantly. You guys are true heroes ❤
