Actually George said unlike John and Paul, the guitar didn’t come easily to him at all. He had to put in lots of practice to get where they got much quicker. He would sit with his mum and work out Elvis songs.

Eric Clapton- I was playing a big show when I looked into the wings of the stage and there was George. It was at that point that I knew he could play anything”. Harrison was a kid when he wrote these wonderful guitar bits and was done being a Beatle at 27 years old. That is unthinkable and unimaginable that somebody could have that much talent crammed into one body -not to mention the solos on guitar and the extraordinary songwriting that has now lasted 50 or 60 years and counting. Then there is that little group called the Traveling Wilburys. My oh my, we have been so lucky to pass through life at the same time as these massive talents.

When I was 14 in 1974 I bought a guitar from a friend of mine. I never heard of the make at that time, as it seemed Gibson Les Paul's and Fenders were big, but it was a Gretsch guitar. Looking back at old Beatle pictures, I think it was the exact brown & white model George played around 1965 / HELP time period. Now I feel pretty cool to have owned one 😊 Great job on this btw, LOVE the Beatles and Buddy Holly!

Si George Harrison ang isa sa mga pinaka-respetado na lead guitarist sa mundo ng musika. Siya ba naman ang gumawa ng mga nakakabilib na guitar solos sa kantang "Come Together" at "Let It Be". Rest in peace George Harrison...💖👏🔥🎉

Wow! How amazing is that? And George was only like 16 or 17 when he’s already playing licks like this! You did an amazing job Taka… hats off to you!!! You did an excellent job! And here I am struggling on his licks on “One After 909”… haha!!! Great cover for that hard one! What an excellent guitar player you are and thank you sharing! Now I think I’m gonna chop my guitars for firewood! Haha… kidding! 😂 Fantastic!!!

if the guy had only done the Lead bits to Till There Was You and Something that would’ve been enough for an entire career. He did till there was you when he was 16 which is incredible. He did countless solos and bits that others simply don’t know how to do. He had a great inner ear.
