The soup base of Yunnan Bridge Noodles is free range chicken and pork bone soup, topped with chicken oil, and the hot soup base cooks the raw meat quickly.
Blanch the rice noodles, stir-fry the shrimps and pound them into pieces, and mix them with pepper, with particular ingredients.

Ahao does help Penji frequently + he rarely asks for anything. He must really like this noodle, to mention it to Penji. She does love him tremendously since she spent all day cutting/prepping the noodle's 18 ingredients AND she gave him the best part of the chicken - the leg.
When I compare this video of 4 years ago, I can see how much improvement has been done in your home, especially your kitchen. It's all becos of your hard work together with your family . Well done ❤

she is ethnic Bai people in south China boundary, but over 99% overseas Chinese are Han Chinese. I am from north China, her style of cooking we never see also.

I actually ahd this in person in Yunnan. It's freaking amazing primarily because the chicken soup is INCREDIBLY FLAVORFUL! It is also really fun to have the soup come super super hot and you cook all the raw ingredients in the soup right then and there.
