Fortunately, I didn't break my leg but just be scratched on my face by branches instead. After a few days of rest, the stitches have been taken out and the pain is gone. What stuck on my face is for scar healing if you noticed. That's the reason why I paused my channel video update last week. Thanks for all your concern...Take care and be happy every single day.

I visited Tengchong Ancient Town in 2018, they cultivate coffee beans and had the best fresh coffee made. Just before entering the Ancient town I highly recommend the restaurant on the right before the bridge. I love Yunnan cuisines.

I'm the first of my family to be born and raised in the USA and my parents always talked about hot pot. Apparently the way American stovetops and imitation hot pot boilers just can't do the job the same way. Whenever they talked about how to cook the foods of their childhood, they looked so sad. I know they gave up everything that was familiar and comforting to them to come here. So even though I've never had hot pot, watching you make this dish makes me feel like I'm closer to my culture, and that I understand my parents a little more.

I was told that many Chinese restaurants feared legal problems if anyone got scalded. But, I have noticed that some are using a special service table where the "Pot" is mounted into the table. I got tired of hearing about Hot Pots from my Chinese girlfriend and how she missed them ( and the friendship of the communal meal ) Now, I am no longer tired of hearing about them ... I'm frustrated that they aren't to be found around here in the North East. I guess it's like Chinese American food ... it isn't really, but when it's all you have ..... right?
