Great to see Adam looking so trim. Drunken duck pizza...and why not. With Covid I haven’t been to a restaurant that serves Chinese duck for a couple of years. This must change😉
I've had the roasted Peking Duck pizzas in some Pizza Hut restaurants in Beijing, it's fantastic.

Mahalo Adam The phaiei ..mind my spelling 😂😂 Looks delicious n I've seen some Hawaiians eat that but as a paste On the side .. With other foods like a whole pig and veggies n some fish roasted or pit fire .or dig a hole n place the pig on hot rocks n wrap with banana leaves n foil ..that's a dish that's absolutely delicious n juicy .. And one of the dishes id like to try some day 👌🏽🔥😱🥺🤤

Stopped doing all you can eat challenges. I'd say like most people, he started eating better and less, and working out. He is a legend.

@@benni3100 sorry…. you’re right and I should have been more specific. Wanted to know what kind of diet, what kind of exercise and how long. Been doing a no carbs, no flour & no sugar diet, with 10,000 steps a day exercise, but the results have been minimal. My friends told me it’s coz I’m over 50 and I should just give up. I just thought may be I could copy Adan’s routine
