Jeez this is holy grail of the holy grail! I put my name on the waitlist for multiple ADs for the white gold version doubt I will get it soon though. :(

Do you think there is any chance that VC will make a thin version of the simple steel OS? I’ve been asking the AD and sent emails to suggest that. There is no way I can wear the steel OS with its current chunky configuration, I’d love to have the perpetual calendar in white gold but it would be a stretch to my finances and probably they would not sell it to me anyway 🙄
How do you read the months?
Do you think it can fit a 5 3/4 wrist
Do you know if the gold perpetual calendar comes with gold pin buckle or butterfly clasp? I have not seen it comes with the butterfly clasp like the one you’ve shown in your video.

It's probably due to the the leap year every several years.

I have owned a pair of two-tone version with my wife for more than one year. It wears well and looks great. Also the steel version is priced reasonably(can't say that to my two-tone version, but it definitely looks better than steel in my opinion)
i'm stupid, can someone explain the month subdial? edit: looked it up.... letters for only every third month. The months that don't get letters, are indicated by dial markers, and the Leap Year is shown by quartering the subdial at the Leap Year. With 12 months in the month sub-dial, the month hand turns through a luxurious 30 degrees every time the month changes.

Since there’s not enough space to put each month in a cycle of 4 years and also a leap year, VC puts every few with small dots in between to represent the other months not written
