That short loc is a reminder of you conquering your anxiety. That’s a wonderful thing. Keep pushing Sis. You got this.
This story is the perfect example of a "Loc Journey". Every Journey is different but the end results are the same (Finding Yourself). In glad you shared this 🤙🏿🤙🏿🤙🏿
Don't even fret about it your still fine. Smile on cause somebody wish they could have your set. Yeah you still got them "juicy locs"
I also suffer from anxiety and it’s (along with possible other factors) caused my dormant (hadn’t flared since I was about 4/5) eczema to flare.
Great story! New subbie here! I’m glad you didn’t add the loc extension & allowed it to just grow naturally. Your reasoning for doing that is generally the purpose for Loc’s. It represent growth in so many ways.
You are such a lovely young lady!
Loving your journey and thanks for sharing this story. So POWERFUL, I’m glad you kept your hair as is and created a loc out of the experience. Stay true to yourself and keep taking care of YOU. YOU’re GLOWING HONEY!!!! 🥰🥰
Keep growing 💗 and glowing🌟!
I’m happy about this God bless you 💜
Glad you’re taking care of yourself - especially now that you’ve started grad school. You’ve got this 🤍
Thanks I subscribed today after watching your lock stages.
Also there are no perfect ways to tell your story because it’s yours.💜
Thank you for sharing! Congrats on conquering/making it to a better place with your anxiety! 👏🏾🙏🏾
I just started my locs I also have anxiety but it’s health anxiety I’m glad u got through it even though I’m mad late thanks for sharing
You told the story impeccably. And I’m so thankful you took the time to share.. I’ve dealt with a similar issue where I was dealing with anxiety & depression and I notice the middle and back of my head would be itchy. It was so bad I asked the doctor to see if I had a fungus or ring worm. I was developing a bald spot in the middle of my head and my hair would fall out. As soon as got help for my anxiety and depression and started a supplement routine the itch went away. And I’ve also started my loc journey 😊. Thanks again for sharing your story it was wonderful and inspiring 💜
Awesome testimony, you overcame your anxiety! The reward is hair growth! Proud of you Sis, keep going.
