-Skye Walkers: A Clone Wars Story
Note: While this channel famously ignores the retcons made by the 2008 Star Wars: The Clone Wars TV series and it's direct tie-in material to the Expanded Universe (Legends), I have decided to include information from "Skye Walkers: A Clone Wars Story" as it expands upon Kharys's backstory and gives her more character than the 2-dimensional one-off comic villain that she originally was. I find that the "Skye Walkers" short story actually fits quite well with the expanded universe and was originally published as a vain attempt to bridge the 2 conflicting continuities. The fact that this takes place when Anakin is still Obi-Wan's Padawan makes it's inclusion all the more easier, that being said I had to fudge around with it a tiny bit.
- The story is said to take place in 22BBY at the beginning of the war, yet Siri Tachi's death is mentioned which originally took place in 20BBY (the middle of the war) so I moved this story so that it takes place in 20BBY sometime after Siri's death at the Battle of Azure.
-Kharys is stated to be 13 years old in the short story but since I moved the story to take place in 20BBY rather than 22BBY, I've changed her birth year from 35BBY to 33BBY
-Jorus C'baoth's death is mentioned as happening only 5 years before these events take place which, since "Outbound Flight" took place in 27BBY, this detail has to be ignored.
The small allusions to Duchess Satine, BX Commando Droids, and the very brief appearance of Captain Rex and the T-series tactical droid were also needed to be overlooked and ignored.
All of these nitpicky details aside, I still managed to pull the general outline of Kharys's origins from the short story causing minimal damage.
