if you are creative i suggest you use that ranting energy to create EU clone wars stuff like fan fiction, i do that with drawing my character jon sylas a republic volunteer who becomes an imperial officer. the star wars galaxy is huge and the wars are even bigger thousands of battlefields in the same time ongoing are breeding ground to heroics, epics and tragedies. of course you have to make it so that even Tadd couldnt crittize too much about inaccurate things in it

Man I really love your content and I'm happy that things have become more stable in your life. I really feel you on the Discord server as barely anything was being discussed in the EU eras channels and all the attention was in the non-EU channels. It didn't felt right at all so I think this new server is a better idea(tho there were some good EU discussions in the old server). Lastly, the mod looks great, I can't wait to try a proper EU CW mod for EAW.

Yeah, he shouldn't feel bad for his content. He's one of the Pro-SW Legends/Disney-Critical KZreadrs I've seen who doesn't go on unhinged rants about SJWs and whatnot (Thor Skywalker being another good channel as well as Carbonite Chat). In fact I applaud him for sticking up for Kelly Marie Tran. As someone who absolutely fucking hates The Last Jedi (and mostly dislikes Disney) I could not fathom the shit people were saying to KMT (granted the stupid "Potato Sack" joke comes from a cynical OT purist who hates Legends to begin with).

I recently found your channel and I figured life stuff was the reason for the spaced out uploads on the more recent videos but it's nice to see you still intend to keep going. In general I'm glad to see a channel that's about discussing and celebrating something you're passionate about instead of clickbait drama and other algorithm bait that seems to be everywhere you look now, so it's nice to see something that feels genuine. I look forward to seeing future uploads regardless of how long they may take!

sorry to hear about the hardship, but we that watch enjoy your extensive analysis on everything legends. In my opinion you have the greatest star wars videos when it comes to lore and you have so much more to cover, hope it doesn't burn you our though. May the force be with you friend!

I will say your last video 'the comprehensive guide to the Grand Army of the Republic' video was awesome. So if the changes bring more videos like that, then I say it was the right decision. Also I agree the EU fans have a tendency to harp on the same few topics, I will say they are generally way better that the Fandom Menace or Disney fans, those groups are pretty unhinged. I think the guys like Scoundrel Cantina might have cracked the code and literally push a message of "treat star wars like a big buffet", at least those fans operating under that mind set generally don't get to toxic XD.

Fandom Menace... yeah, those guys. In my own experience they are much less about critiquing Disney Star Wars and moreso about going on unhinged rants about "SJWs" and only referencing Star Wars occasionally. It's less of a group of fans being critical of Disney Star Wars and more like a political statement disguised as something Star Wars-related. Most of the actual criticisms of Disney Star Wars come from people who don't use that label. In fact, most "Fandom Menace" types don't even care about Legends.

@@funnelvortex7722 The Fandom Menace went insane over the Juhani short MandaLore posted and it was totally uncalled for. In a way they have become the very thing Disney accused them of. It like a disgusting mirror image. Disney pushes woke BS and seem to have disgust towards white male characters. The Fandom Menace hates anything that isn't white male and straight. Being on the outside of both groups is a sobering experience as I'm able to see the hypocrisy. Most the fandom France is a bad day from becoming the next synthetic man. The most lonesome game 'critique' on KZread.

@@unlimitedgamerworks6125 Also, Fandom Menace guys typically are OT purists (often more like ANH+ESB purists) who either hate the EU or don't even know it exists. The OT purist approach to Star Wars is inherently backwards and would have resulted in the death of the franchise if they had their way (although some of them, such as WorldClassBullshitters, seem to want exactly that). They represent an incredibly cynical and hate-filled subset of fans who were probably singing "George Lucas R***d my Childhood" before Disney. Fortunately they are only a small minority of the "anti-Disney" camp, they are just a really loud one. Disney deserves all the criticism and flak they can get for their horrible mis-handling of the franchise, but Fandom Menace guys really are not about that. Also, I read the comments on the Juhani video and it's obvious to me they don't know jack squat about the EU/Legends. Most of those comments were straight-up saying that Juhani is a Disney character and claiming that there are no other LGBT characters in Legends (which is wrong). Further enforces my thought that Fandom Menace types are definitely *not* Legends fans.

@@unlimitedgamerworks6125 Head Canon Army, Tadd, and most of Matt Wilkins group of friends are probably one of few Legends channels I can enjoy without feeling toxicity leaking in. It’s really a shame some of the fandom at some points can be infected by guys trying to make political statements out of things the EU had no issue with and inflame others into a rage. Part of me misses when we could all be respectful and enjoy the series in a more apolitical manner like the early 2000’s.

i uploaded on discord my imperial army unit pics, didnt knew it was this bad. you are to me a bit like venom geek media a safe harbor from the current state of the fandoms and getting into the stuff that made me love star trek and you with star wars. the lore and worldbuilding, the tech like really being in the star wars galaxy .

Burnout sucks man. But when you do videos again do you think you could make a complete video on the complete Death Star development timeline from Legends? Most videos on the subject are Disney Canon only or mix Disney Canon with Legends, I have yet to see a quality-narrated all-covering Legends-based video on the Death Star and it's complete developmental timeline.
