I did this at 10am this morning. Soon as I went to the toilet, fed my cats, and turned on my phone, you're video popped up. It really hurt, but when I finished, calm feeling came over my body, that must mean, that I really need this in my life each morning. Your voice is calm and soothing. Hi - I worked in Singapore back in 2005 and would go for Chinese massage every Sunday. It was a young guy with very strong hands and he would concentrate at this point on my legs as I was working long hours in a shipyard. His pressure was what is sometimes called "exquisite pain". I miss those days - no Chinese massage near me in Scotland.

What am I doing wrong? I have been doing many of these exercises for about two months and I don't see any improvement in my health. I never feel any of the sensations when I am doing them.

The sketch at 0:45 shows the points on the rear side of the legs, but the video demo at 3:54 shows the points on the forward side of the legs.
A very thorough explaination of this point I have massaged this point for many years and is a part of my everyday training regime and I appreciated very much your knowledge and the sharing of it many thanks for sharing

Hi. I have just started to follow you. I had chronic knee pain for weeks now ever since I had a fall. Almost immediately doing Zu San Li, the stiffness and pain were gone! I will continue to do this three times a week but will do it before getting out of bed every day! Thank you for this! It has helped me greatly! Blessings to you!

I found your channel through searching for a way to settle a stress related condition in my tummy. I did your warm up exercise and really did feel the tingle you mentioned. I then saw this video and tried it for 5 minutes just like you said; my legs feel warm like I can feel the blood flowing and my stomach feels calm. Thank you for this information. I did follow your description and with me, I had a kind of sensitivity at the point at the more inner side under my knee. I massaged this point too and afterwards I felt a strong kind flow in fhe lower leg and to my feet. Feels great, kind of tickling feeling, nice... ❤

Oh my gosh, i had a nasty fall last week i need this. I work with my Meridians daily & do chigong daily but nothing has healed me yet & one of the injuries is on my knee, ill use my other leg & use ths often & Yes its a apple🍎a daily keeps the Doc away lol, oh i wish you was healing me know.
