Your 3rd eye is the light on top of your Christmas tree. And just like that light you need to power up your 3rd eye with energy. Your muscles are piezoelectric which means when you exert yourself physically, sure it burns calories and creates heat but also it throws off an electric charge that powers up your Pineal and nervous system. This is why a long brisk walk can help clear your mind and a long nature walk can be like a meditation. Sure the birds and trees are nice to look at but you may find solutions to problems pop in your head and see your situations much more clearly because you are sending a stream of needed energy into your brain and pineal gland so it can access the higher mind. This is why there is so much fanfare and exertion that takes place during .......... If you need to urinate you just do so and go along your way. No big deal. The same goes for when you do the other. You just do so and be done with it yet for the much smaller and simpler action of ............. you go to all that trouble, like chickens flapping and feathers going everywhere. This is your body powering up its electric system for a very important broadcast. Procreation.

I subbed to you and I am so glad that I found you. I am in a strange situation that is even hard to tell because it is incredibly hard to believe. I want to open my 3rd eye really badly and I havent had any luck. I am way past the whole "wondering if its real" thing as my husband is in constant contact with the other side and has been for 28 yrs. Since he is, I also get to have contact with them as well, so I get to do and be witness to miraculous things, but I feel like I am on the sidelines. I think that my contact with "the people upstairs" as I call them would be much more intense and just better in general if I could just get my 3rd eye open. "They" come to get my husband roughly once a week--no matter who it is in front of....there have been plenty of witnesses-and they take him right thru the wall or ceiling or window. You never get used to seeing it. Anyway, sorry to drop all this stuff on you , I really just need help opening my 3rd eye. And you believe that doing this 3 day exercise will do it? Is there anything else I should be doing? It really looks like it would have happened just by the contact that I have had with these beings...It is so frustrating.

@@HOLLYHOUSE11 I know its popular to talk about opening your third eye. But It is more like powering up your third eye like lighting the star on top of your Christmas tree. More than anything breathing exercises is number one when trying to power up your pineal. And then there is pressurizing your pineal by holding your deep breath and while holding it, suck in and tighten your abdominal muscles. This pressurizes the spinal fluid in your spine and brain and when you do this you may feel a little jolt of energy or mile euphoria. Make sure you avoid things like smoking weed, drinking alcohol and avoid acidic drinks like orange juice or coffee.

That's crazy!! I meditated last night and I got fired

I tried this last week. I was sick, I had no money whatsoever. I was feeling really low. And I told myself I'm at my worst, I'd hit rock bottom. The only thing that could happen was better. So I did this exercise. 12 minutes later, my sister said she heard me coughing and gave me money to go see a doctor. Thank you for this.

Idk why, but I just broke down crying. I'm constantly tucking away my struggles and pushing harder to stay above the water. So many struggles and trauma from my childhood, until now. Jay I can validate this, I just did the video again, same thing happened to me. Happy tears, about what a happy future would look/feel like (heaven on earth for a brief few moments). Flat out awesome, and I feel like i'm just scratching at the surface a bit! Trauma is truly challenging, just keep working on you - confront that "shadow" that haunts many of us.

Just wanted to share. Yesterday as we always pray before we leave the house (as a family me-wife-2 kids 15 years old boy 11 years old girl). In my mind I thanked God for the Blessings that have, are and will be !!! I remember saying out loud , “Bless us so we can Bless. Long story short I felt Joy as I drove off. Forward 6 hours later at Walmart a Stranger appeared and said, “You there I have a message for you and your company!! God Will Bless you and this company you work for because you are a Blessing!!! I walked a few paces and this dude just disappeared . What!! I still have goosebumps!!! Since then yesterday I have gotten 3 leads totaling about 750,000 worth!! I claim then!!!! Peace!!

Islam was the original Religion descended to earth from heaven with Adam and Eve (peace and blessing be upon them) in the beginning of humanity. and was passed to people with the succession of the 124 000 prophets and 315 messengers of God to all nations and civilizations since, passing by Noah, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Ismaël, Joseph, Moses, Aaron, Joshua, David, Solomon and Jesus (Peace and blessing be upon them) during the history of mankind, the last replaces and completes the previous, until the succession of the last messenger of God fourteen centuries ago, Muhammad (Peace and blessing be upon him) to complete the noble morals of all mankind, to bring humans and jinns out of darkness into light, and to purify people's religion and belief from corruption and polytheism, and return it to purity and true monotheism, like it was in the times of the prophets (Peace and blessing be upon them). Many Religions that we know nowadays, at their beginning were true and under Islam, initiated by one of the prophets of God, but their original teachings, history and scriptures have been corrupted over time with falsification and polytheism, or lost and replaced with false ones. That's why Islam is the only Religion accepted by God nowadays, which consists in bearing witness that there is no god besides Allah (God in Aramaic, the original language of Jesus and the Gospel), and that Muhammad is His servant and messenger, just like Jesus and Moses and others are His servants and messengers. Never a messenger of God said he was God or literally son of God, it was the people after him who changed the words of God and corrupted the Religion. God is unique and absolute, He does not need to have a family and sons or to associate anyone else with His kingdom, He can simply create whatever He wants, everything belongs to Him, and to Him everything will return. Allah said in Surah Al-Mu’minun : “God has never begotten a son, nor is there any god besides Him. Otherwise, each god would have taken away what it has created, and some of them would have gained supremacy over others. Glory be to God, far beyond what they describe. The Knower of the hidden and the manifest. He is exalted, far above what they associate. (91-92 / Translated by ITANI). Allah means the one and only God, the God of all prophets and creatures, the creator of the universe and mankind, and the Master of the Day of judgment, where our destiny, Hell or Paradise, is decided based on our faith and deeds in this trial life, and above all, Allah's mercy. Allah said in Surah Al-Ikhlas : In the name of God, the Gracious, the Merciful. Say, “He is God, the One. God, the Absolute. He begets not, nor was He begotten. And there is none comparable to Him.” (1-4 / Translated by ITANI). Allah said in Surah An-Nisa : O FOLLOWERS of the Gospel! Do not overstep the bounds [of truth] in your religious beliefs, and do not say of God anything but the truth. The Christ Jesus, son of Mary, was but God's Apostle - [the fulfilment of] His promise which He had conveyed unto Mary - and a soul created by Him. Believe, then, in God and His apostles, and do not say, "[God is] a trinity". Desist [from this assertion] for your own good. God is but One God; utterly remote is He, in His glory, from having a son: unto Him belongs all that is in the heavens and all that is on earth; and none is as worthy of trust as God. Never did the Christ feel too proud to be God's servant, nor do the angels who are near unto Him. And those who feel too proud to serve Him and glory in their arrogance [should know that on Judgment Day] He will gather them all unto Himself: (171-172 / Translated by Muhammad Asad). Allah the Most Merciful said in Surah Ali-Imran : Behold, the only [true] religion in the sight of God is [man's] self-surrender unto Him; and those who were vouchsafed revelation aforetime took, out of mutual jealousy, to divergent views [on this point] only after knowledge [thereof] had come unto them. But as for him who denies the truth of God's messages - behold, God is swift in reckoning! Thus, [O Prophet,] if they argue with thee, say, "I have surrendered my whole being unto God, and [so have] all who follow me!" - and ask those who have been vouchsafed revelation aforetime, as well as all unlettered people, "Have you [too] surrendered yourselves unto Him?" And if they surrender themselves unto Him, they are on the right path; but if they turn away - behold, thy duty is no more than to deliver the message: for God sees all that is in [the hearts of] His creatures. Verily, as for those who deny the truth of God's messages, and slay the prophets against all right, and slay people who enjoin equity - announce unto them a grievous chastisement. It is they whose works shall come to nought both in this world and in the life to come; and they shall have none to succour them. (19-22 / Translated by Muhammad Asad).. Bro thank you for this video. I'm very familiar with energy, chakras, the 3rd eye, power of the mind, manifesting etc. So I watched your video and I just practiced your method on activating my 3rd eye. I've been struggling with something for the last 3 years so its what I sent up to my higher self and I could just feel the energy and the heartache of this visualization so I sent it up. Then I visualized the life that I want to lead and the happiness I want to experience and when it was over and I opened my eyes tears just rolled out and I could just feel a sense of relief and joy and a higher energy pulsating through my body. Many Religions that we know nowadays, at their beginning were true and under Islam, initiated by one of the prophets of God, but their original teachings, history and scriptures have been corrupted over time with falsification and polytheism, or lost and replaced with false ones. That's why Islam is the only Religion accepted by God nowadays, which consists in bearing witness that there is no god besides Allah (God in Aramaic, the original language of Jesus and the Gospel), and that Muhammad is His servant and messenger, just like Jesus and Moses and others are His servants and messengers. Never a messenger of God said he was God or literally son of God, it was the people after him who changed the words of God and corrupted the Religion. God is unique and absolute, He does not need to have a family and sons or to associate anyone else with His kingdom, He can simply create whatever He wants, everything belongs to Him, and to Him everything will return. Allah said in Surah Al-Mu’minun : “God has never begotten a son, nor is there any god besides Him. Otherwise, each god would have taken away what it has created, and some of them would have gained supremacy over others. Glory be to God, far beyond what they describe. The Knower of the hidden and the manifest. He is exalted, far above what they associate. (91-92 / Translated by ITANI). Allah means the one and only God, the God of all prophets and creatures, the creator of the universe and mankind, and the Master of the Day of judgment, where our destiny, Hell or Paradise, is decided based on our faith and deeds in this trial life, and above all, Allah's mercy. Allah said in Surah Al-Ikhlas : In the name of God, the Gracious, the Merciful. Say, “He is God, the One. God, the Absolute. He begets not, nor was He begotten. And there is none comparable to Him.” (1-4 / Translated by ITANI). Allah said in Surah An-Nisa : O FOLLOWERS of the Gospel! Do not overstep the bounds [of truth] in your religious beliefs, and do not say of God anything but the truth. So 27.9.2023 night I did third eye exercise. 28.9.2023 morning I get a message from someone who wanted to sign up for my nails course. (I own a salon and academy). And she did! 28.9.2023 evening when I was just about to close my salon and I had almost no clients that day….my phone rang and a lady said I will pay you whatever you would charge but please come and do 2-3 makeups at her place! She said her sister just called who was on the way to her place that she wanted her hair done and she did not think about that earlier. Suddenly she wanted to get her hair done!!!!!!!! When I had my third eye activation I had been fasting for over 40 days and just been drinking water and eating crackers, On the night of the 3rd of July I kept feeling intense anxiety and started vomiting over and over til I was dizzy and disoriented. At 5:15 I went into my backyard where I meditate and had been talking with god for over a year since a NDE, I told god I was willing to give my life because I felt unworthy to be here, I was so depleted from food and nutrients. But he was talking with me telepathically and I saw Venus rising first and the light caught my eye. And god told me about Lucifer, And the truth about what happened is to remain a secret. Then the sun started rising at around 7:34 and I was sun gazing and praying 🙏 and god descended down. There was no wind, but the tree branches were moving and the spirit of god descended, it was invisible and moved down to me, And I saw a dove 🕊️ land on the power line and I knew this was the presence of god. I started getting more shakey and after talking with the spirit of the god of Israel I went into my moms house and started having anxiety attacks and shivering and trembling. So I took a cold shower to shock myself. And after I got out of the shower I looked out the window 🪟 and there was a cross made from two branches bent. Then I went into my bathroom where I felt an immense energy enter me. I wrapped a towel around my head and felt like screaming but it wasn’t me, I learned that mummification was because souls can transmigrate. And the mummification is like a cocoon or crystalis. I looked into the mirror and could see through my skin I saw the veins and arteries were a root system And that my pineal gland was a seed that had grown into a 🌳 tree. The tree wasn’t visible before my third eye was open. But now I could see it, I was told that it takes 33 lunar years For a soul to fully mature, And that the tree of knowledge had been integrated into me. It was hard for me to stay grounded after seeing the truth and that was hard for me to grasp that I’ve been seeing the world with different eyes. So I started to feel electricity swarming around me and I watched the reality change. And there was a transfer of energy that went into me from the sun, A gamma ray. I was shown who I was. And I had to go to the hospital, Where I experienced a purgatory state And was diagnosed with an unspecified Coma.

@@Imaginedvision thank you 🙏 it’s real and death is an illusion. But sometimes we must face it in order to learn the truth. But I was scared because my whole reality has flipped since then. It was pretty much an ego death and resurrection of a new spirit. But I was told that the lord of hosts was with me and that it is a symbiotic relationship. I had no clue that the Holy Ghost could enter any believers heart and transform them. I had faith, but I had know clue that having that faith creates and ether for God to pass through into us. But I was blessed that I received the Spirit of comfort and truth. Because I learned there’s an opposite which is possessions, where bad spirits take control of normally children because the other spirits are Seeing humans as hosts in a different way they want to use humans fear as a source of energy. Hi

This was the first third eye meditation I ever did. I did this meditation last year in December and I got vivid dreams for like two nights. Three vivid dreams each night. And one of the dreams foretold an illness that would attack my young brother. One week later after the dream, my brother started getting seriously sick. In my dream there was like another kid I didn't even know, that had the same sickness as my brother and exactly after that week when my brother got sick we got a call from one of my mum's friends and he said he'd met a child that was sick with the same illness. I didn't even know this man or the child. But I saw the kid in my dream with my brother. This meditation is rlly powerful.🌹💖 And I love the teachings on this channel.

It is rare that I find someone's message and methods extremely effective such as yours are. I definitely have subscribed, and I thank you for this video too, it was very informative.😊❤️
