Preparation and ingredients:
1.5 kg pork (I have a pork neck).

Add the mushrooms to the pan and fry.

Put the onion in a pan and fry with the mushrooms until golden brown.

Place carrots in a pan and fry with onions and mushrooms.
Remove the pan from the heat.
Place the fried mushrooms with onions and carrots on the pork chop.
Roll up the meat slices.

Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil.
Place the rolls on a baking sheet.
Place in the oven at 180°C/356°F for 45 minutes.
2 small eggplants.
Peel the eggplant as shown in the video.
Cut the eggplant into large pieces.

Grate 50 g of cheese on a fine grater.

1 tablespoon starch.
Add 1 tablespoon of starch to 70 ml of water.

Fry onion.

To make the sauce caramelize, add a little starch diluted with water.
Remove the vegetables from the heat and place them in a salad bowl.
Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
Sprinkle with spring onions and kenza.
