My father visited Ukraine and he told me how friendly the people were there compared to other eastern/slavic european countries he had visited and how beautiful the country was with great landscapes and beautiful nature. Makes me also want to travel there in the near future. /Greetings from Sweden, stay strong Ukraine. EDIT: I wanna share some background info because I've seen some mixed comments regarding slavs and I just want to say that I used to travel with my father as a kid to many differnet countries back in the early 2000s. Poland was a country with a lot of friendly people and families who even let us sleep at their house as a sign of good gesture. My father was recently in Poland last year and when he came back he told me that it's not the same Poland we were used to back then and that the people now overall has become more hostile to foreigners & tourists and I think that's a shame because i have great memories of Poland as a kid. He was very satisfied with Ukraine though.

Russia's warlord, Igor Girkin, who was accused of shooting down Malaysia Airlines passenger flight MH17 during the Crimea/Donbass invasion of 2014, has been on record as far back as a few years ago saying that war with Ukraine was inevitable and has been pushing for full invasion. Nationalists like him have been pushing The Kremlin to conquest all of Ukraine, take over Belarus (which Lukashenko has allowed), and a few other former Soviet territories. Girkin wants to take Putin's place in the Kremlin and has been criticizing Putin and his government for several years now, so it's most likely Putin is being played as a puppet to do this. Norway's Prime Minister has correctly asserted that the behavior of Kremlin in it's posturing of making threats, tampering, cyber attacks, and planning false flag video propaganda indicates political weakness in Moscow. Secure and confident governments don't have to engage in such belligerent behaviors. All that said, if the U.S.A. didn't exist, it's possible that Ukraine would have already been enslaved as a vassal state by Russia. It's also possible that the UK , Sweden, Norway, Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Romania, Italy, France, and other European nations could have saved Ukraine.

I recently travelled to Ukraine. I saw very civilized people, not smiling but stoic. Impression was of hard working people striving for a better life. Nice cities and well maintained. Living standard is no different from the West. If not for the looming danger on the border , life would be so good. Ukraine has so much potential. I hope a war will not start, would be a huge crime to destroy such a beautifull country and the work of their citizens.

Ukraine needs to plant a great green wall, stripe large enough, like 1 km wide, to not allow any vehicle to pass, along all their border, with two roads in each side of the great green wall, that are fueled each spring by seed bombs spread by plane. They feed the wall with excessive number of trees each end of winter as while snow still hide the ground, and clean the stripe as well to not allow forest fires to spread too easy. And the great green wall must cover the black sea coast as well. Will they try to invade only with man walking? of course not. :)

I'm not sure many European countries (I mean governments) are really keen on sending troops or getting involved into the conflict even if according to a recent survey around 60% of Europeans would like to help Ukraine by sending troops. Even if some nation wants to do it, Germany, with lots of economic interests in Russia, UK, France or USA don't seem to be willing to do it. Seeing how the things are evolving I'm happy my country, Spain, hasn't got many economic interests in Russia.

What I should say is that Ukraine did fight russia with way less western support back in 2014, so we have already done it and we know that no one will fight for us. That large Army faces the Allies with massive fire power. Ukraine needs to plant a great green wall, stripe large enough, like 1 km wide, with several inside tracks that only goes side to side to forest maintenance goals, to not allow any vehicle to pass from outside to inside, even if its a strong tank, along all their border, with two roads in each side of the great green wall, that are fueled each spring by seed bombs spread by plane. They feed the wall with excessive number of trees each end of winter as while snow still hide the ground, and clean the stripe as well to not allow forest fires to spread too easy. To keep the forest clean, they just need small mobile crushers, on the trucks with all the maintenance tools, and in that way the debris are projected to stay on the local ground to just decompose, without being fuel to forest fires. ;) And the great green wall must cover the black sea coast as well. Will they try to invade only with man walking? of course not. :)

He is a very professional journalist with extensive experience in investigating military conflicts in many countries of the world, including Russia. He speaks excellent Russian and easily recognizes them. Therefore, not a single Russian could escape from him. But he doesn't find them. This is evidence of the absence of Russians directly at the border, taken by the jury, for example. In the video, the Ukrainian military, followed by Gab, say that dozens thousand of Russian troops are located within an hour drive from the border. It's about 60 miles from the border. However, there is no evidence of this in the video. Perhaps this is true. I found no evidence of the absence of Russian troops within a radius of 60 miles from the border with Ukraine. Thus, we can assume that Gabriel is right. I'm sure he won't risk his high reputation to lie. Personally, I completely believe his reports. His video shows the presence of quite armed British soldiers with grenade launchers. Depending on the internal contents of the cartridge, these grenade launchers can be extremely dangerous. But this is not even discussed and it seems to be the way it should be. The UK is also a member of NATO, but Ukraine isn't. Therefore, from the point of view of the law, NATO and its weapons are already(sic!) directly on the border of Ukraine with Russia or its ally Belarus. This could be a serious violation of the law and could mean NATO occupation of Ukraine. Do you see what I mean? Thus, everything looks like NATO aggression and preparation for the war with Russia. And not the oposite. I admit that additional investigations by independent journalists such as Gabriel will show whether Ukraine has already occupied by NATO or not. Since official Kiev does not see any attempts by Russia to attack Ukraine either now or in the near future, this maybe the case. I hope I understood you correctly and answered clearly. At least I tried to simplify the explanation for non-English speaking dudes. Please note, I am not on the side of any country, but simply want to prevent crazy armed people from killing civilians. I am watching OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine and really worrying why its dayli reports are not on the top of news worldwide. Everyday nazis are killing kids, women and elders in Donbass. 4:38 I'm literally watching this from Lviv. People are not really scared of war here. It must be the safest place in Ukraine as it's one of the most distant cities from Belarus and Russia and it's like 70km from Poland. Russia would have to occupy the rest of Ukraine first before coming here. Also, people here are incredibly patriotic, so it wouldn't be easy for Russians. Also, I think Russia wouldn't come so close to Poland as then Poland would have to prepare their military too. Also, I don't think Putin is stupid enough to attack Ukraine directly. This must be another one of his manipulative actions and threats.

That woman in the video is a military reporter. She is saying that she is prepared to fight. She spent 1 hour on her makeup. She will go back West to write propaganda and the others in the video will just get killed by helicopters if the Russians move in. This is a joke. All the patriotic Ukrainians ready to fight, who is keeping track of how many will hide if a war starts. Any actual fighters are probably quite, not on camera.

I'm sorry to say, but if Russia really did decide to advance on Ukraine, they'd be toast.

Nobody is arguing against that. But the question remains why. They won't really gain much. They want a buffer zone at Southern Ukraine, not the Ukraine itself. Like they said - there's not enough troops there for a full scale invasion. Russia has thousands of tanks, planes and military vehicles but what's stationed down there is a small token force in comparison.

@@egonieser because Putin feels threatened with Ukraine's ties to the west and the possibility they will join NATO, thwarting his expansionist ambition further into Ukraine. He took Crimea and wants Ukraine to be one with Russia, which is ironic considering Moscow was founded by Ukraine its self. He is living in a fantasy where the old days of the Soviet union can be restored to it's former glory. If he does invade, itl be after the Olympics, when the ice thickens to a level good enough for tanks to move in and he will be looking for as little collateral as possible to both Russians and Ukrainians, but none the less it would be a bloodbath. The excuse will be a set up, theyl stage an attack from NATO troops and claim they were provoked into it. I am with you however, I do believe it's mostly saber rattling and nothing will happen war wise.

@@Bambim8 NATO is escalating by threatening with intervening, which would increase the scope of the war by a lot. Risking WW3 over a country that's not alligned to NATO, to support in a conflict in favour of the nation that's fighting over Crimea, the region that voted to merge with Russia. NATO intervention escalates this from a regional conflict to something that could become WW3, and for no good reason.

I feel enormously grieved at the patethic conditions of the people living in the borders . We request world Community to keep providing maximum possible humanitarian aids to the people living in these areas .

For me, this 'it isn't going to start' mindset is starting to diminish. Im depressed enough personally without world "leaders" starting a war with untold destructive potential.
