I intend to use it every 2 months when I refill my hot tub. Should I just drain it in between? (I think I might get two refills before I need to regenerate.)

@@TheBenjamin5002001 Thank you. I spoke with someone there and realized this. I placed an order directly with On the Go last Sunday and the Double Standard softener arrived Wednesday! @@TheBenjamin5002001 Well we certainly appreciate it! And after checking our water we’re actually pretty soft, but we still appreciate having the softener for when we go places that it isn’t so soft!

But HOW do you drain the water properly?

The resin is good for 7 to 10 years.

@@MrRagusawitz You cannot use a TDS meter to test for water hardness. The resin is good for 7 to 10 years.
