One ok rock is my favorite band in the world so I agree!

I wouldn't be concerned with offending people. Your opinion is valid. I listen to a lot of rock bands in the USA and lots of Japanese bands and Korean bands. And, in my opinion, oor is pretty high up there if not at the top. The ability of this band to play all styles of rock makes them pretty special. I believe Taka would be honored to be compared to Linkin Park. They looked up to them and are good friends still. I share your opinion. I'm 53. been to countless concerts in my life and little venue concert with one ok rock sits at the very top of my favorite concert ever attended. They are epic, and if you believe as I do that, they are the best. THEY ARE THE BEST! ❤❤❤❤

honestly don't apologize for offending people that get their feelings hurt because of your opinion. opinions are unique per person and are quite literally just an opinion 😂 edit: i listen to tons of different japanese bands because i love their sound and messages but of all the rock bands this one is my favourite too 😊

Who else has the energy on stage like One Ok Rock! All of them play different instruments. You’ll find that Japanese artists are the best musicians in music. Because they’re a rock band doesn’t mean they don’t play soft ballads and love songs - that’s how versatile they are. Taka’s voice is incredible!❤

Don't know who said what, but i've been listening to Japanese rock for years. Only band that comes close to OOR is Babymetal. and they're a whole 'nother kettle of fish. Love both bands, Suzuka's vocals are amazing, and Kami band (whoever is playing at the moment) are great. But, Taka and the lads' music moves me in a way that BM doesn't. one man's opinion

I love this guys... thanks for reacting to OOR!!!!! I know some japanese bands that are really amazing - the one I like that reminds me OOR is "Pay money to my pain" (despite a very different mood) - Taka and Kei, the vocalist of PTP, were good friends (Kei died in 2012). Taka's brother also has a rock band called 'My first story'. Other bands I know a bit: Maximun the hormone; Band-Maid; Lovebites; Radwimps; Asian Kung Fu Generation; Ling Tosite Sigure; and there are many, many others in activity.

I love this song, the sense of unity between ONE OK ROCK and the audience is unbearable❤ Ryota and Tomoya were involved in the composition of this song, which started as a riff Ryota casually played during a late-night studio session. I was happy to hear this song live, although it was not the live performance in this video. I was also shaking my head as much as I could. That's why I love their live performances, where I can hear many different types of songs, from head-banging tunes to deeply moving songs, and I take my hat off to their ability to make it happen.

I recommend you to listen to "Skyfall" where ONE OK ROCK sing with frontmen from SiM, Coldrain, & Crossfaith (all of them have tons of overseas fans). For some older JRock generations, L'arc en Ciel is the most well-known by overseas fans. I also recommend that you listen to My First Story and A Crowd of Rebellion, they are really good though. Every JRock band is very unique and distinctive, so no need to compete with each other because they have their own listeners

You are free to know what kind of band is best for you. Only One Ok is the best, I think those who said there are other great bands have made a mistake. Don't get depressed by the words of the person who says it to you in a bad way. We who like your videos recommend not only One O'Clock, but also other recommended Japanese bands, so if you react, find a lot of things you like and don't like and have fun✨ I like your videos that you are enjoying to natural 😊 I'm rooting for you. These bands are very good but are nowhere near the popularity of One OK Rock. Skyfall was performed With Taka and the other three bands in the 2018 Ambitions Japan Dome Tour.

"ADD" She is not a rock singer, but she is a very wonderful Japanese singer. She did a world tour this year. She has many voices, but the song I recommend recently is "unravel" which was sung live at Nippon Budokan 2023.8.30 [Ado]

ahh Japanese rock is a pithole you don't wanna fall into :DDD They have a very diverse rock scene in Japan with lots and lots of bands (Japan is the second biggest music market in the world after the USA even though the population is a lot smaller than the US). OOR sort of has a "brother band", My First Story, whose lead singer is Taka's little brother Hiroki. OOR competes with a LOT of bands. :) It would be impossible to list them all. Some of my favorites are visual kei bands, which is a subgenre of J-rock, similar to what glam rock was in the West, but twisted out to the extremes in stage costumes. It's literally a visual shock when you first see a real V-kei band :)) One of the biggest rock bands in Japan are B’z, Boøwy, X Japan, Buck-Tick, Luna Sea (these are older generations), Dir en grey, The Gazette, Asian Kung-Fu Generation, Maximum the Hormone, Band Maid, Babymetal (though they are on the metal side), L'Arc-en-Ciel, Scandal, Lovebites, Radwimps, Gackt, Coldrain.... and I am still *only* scratching the surface, really. So much incredibly good music.
