On Loyalty, Temptation, and Infidelity (Ft. John Chua) | MEN, EXPLAIN EP5
#cheating #relationships #sex #commitment
Falling in love is the easy part. The actual challenge, for most couples, is how to rekindle the fires of romance even after the “honeymoon period” is over and cultivate a mature, trusting love that is the key to a lasting relationship. In this episode, we invite a guest to find out if men are more likely to cheat on their partners and what it takes to stay committed.

John, sincere qns. 1. How long do u think your marriage will last? 2. Will u ever be happy being monogamous? To be going against ur innate nature to spread ur seeds? 3. Why does gender roles matter or not matter in your marriage?

in the sea of celebs & influencers who seem to be swapping partners like playing musical chairs and indulging in promiscuity...Jon is such a rare breed. better to be down-to-earth, loyal and matured, than just a hunk or a flaky guy surrounded by hot gals talking about flaky topics. men, watch and learn.
John is really so coherent with his words and mature in his thinking as a life partner :)
really loved how Jonathan rephrased marriage as a legal and religious pledge to have the person's back for life

the part about supposed ‘loyalty’ hindering growth is so relatable
Love the insights John gave!!! Really lots of food for thought
Great conversation here, thanks for the sharing!
10:53 - I love that argument and funny how I've nv thought about that before. That being financially stable balances the relationship creates an even ground in various situations! Great stuff!

agree with john i’ve been with my partner for more than 6 years and sex is separate from relationship, it’s honest not needed

Decent content for a local creator, I hope your channel blows up and overtake the ones with no substance. Break the mold, Singaporean. Shatter the "influencers" influence over the easily influenced minds.
Really enjoying the channel, especially today's episode. Keep it going! You know it's worth watching when you actually have your dinner while digesting all this juicy information!

People who hand out relationship advice.. are usually unable to fully commit. But they claim having higher relationship skills and EQ.
falling in love is easy ? what ? how ?
20 years in 20 minutes... wish there was more time for more context.
Yikes, sounds like red flags🚩waving everywhere. Hope it passes 4 years.

It’s a conscious decision to stay loyal because marriage is a social construct. It’s not just about following your feelings and letting it tell you what you should or shouldn’t do. We were made to reproduce and move on, not get hitched and stay with one partner for life.

Met a narcissistic personality in the comment box.. Please dont get married you cruel minded shit 🙏🥲
"again".. something must have happened before. AHAHAHA
I feel she definitely cheated before
Is that the girl whom appeared in a SG video that addressed racism ?
I have done worst thing of ghosting girls after sleeping with them and gaslighting then when they want a relationship, I started doing this after my first ex girlfriend cheated and when she asked for forgiveness, pretended all is forgiven and then revenge cheated with someone close to her life that I manipulated then dumping my ex coldly when she caught us. In the end I think all the pain and suffering I have caused women, I will not be married or having a family but I guess by the time am older, I will be totally dead inside with denial and narcissism that I don't think I will be able to function normally anymore or even care about anyone. Till this day while I won't say I regret what I done, I might have been able to not have this sociopathic tendency if I just ended the relationship and not focus on the hatred and hurt that made me this person.
She needs to be a better listener and stop interrupting when her guest is speaking.
When u have 2 person too young to know about a topic talking about a topic... That's insanity
No offense... But i cannot stand this accent... Its making my ears bleed
