I have done 285 k in my Cloudeclipses and I like the soothing feel they give me. They are my SUV that takes me to my cabin in the mountains on a rainy friday afternoon - if you see what I mean😅. They are the perfect match to my other pair of daily trainer, the NB Rebel v4, who takes care of the faster sessions.

I have both, and the Eclipse indeed has a good stability with the X speedboard, but not that good lockdown in the upper. But it is half size up vs. Monster Hyper that as a very snug fit and perfectly lockdown. I don't like the tongue of the Hyper. It is always a shore to put on the shoes ... other them that, I'm loving ON running so far. I'm excited to see the next Cloud Surfer Next and especially the Cloud Stratus 4. The Stratus 3 for now is the shoes I love the most from ON.

I just picked up the eclipse heard good things thought I’d give it a try plus locally here in the states in my state they discounted certain colorways by 35 USD
