Thought I’d let you know Dee🌴 having returned from holiday and sitting with you for this relaxation session twice….😴… I have yet to hear the whole session I fall deeply into sleep. My partner tried and fell asleep only minutes later. Not complaining at all, it’s marvellous, the body knows it wants a rest, and rest is given….. I remain curious to hear the full story one day 💚☯️🙏 thank you
