Tomatoes cut 250 grams
Mustard 1 spoon
Bengal grams 2 spoons
Urad dal 2 spoons
Oil 3 TS
Jeera 2 spoons
Curry leaves a small fist
Capsicum a small bowl cut pieces
Hing 1 spoon
Turmeric powder a pinch
Saarina pudi 2 TS
Grated wet coconut 1 TS
Salt to taste
Jaggery 1 TS
Water as per requirement
Coriander for garnishing

Wow! So nice. 👌🏽 My grandma and Mother used to make tomato hojju exactly like this and now i make it for my family 👍🏽 They all lived in Bombay for so many years and got used to eating layered chapati. Nothing like eating hot chapati with a nice curry or ghee and sugar....
