I’ve been using the mask for 2 months. Definitely notice a difference. One thing I’ve notice I haven’t heard anyone else talk about is the gray hair around my face doesn’t need colored as quick. It used to start showing within 2 weeks and by 4 weeks it was all white. Now at 4 weeks it looks like it used to at 1-2 weeks

@@MaryEllenAfter60 yay! Yep my little side burns by my ears would be white so quick! I’d shave them sometimes and that was not a great solution but I don’t want to color them every week. They are dark now with a little white. Crazy! It’s worth the money just for that 😂

Im also a retired nurse and I understand red light therapy for wound healing. I bought a mito red light panel because it hits my neck and face at the same time. I've only used it since december but already my skin is softer and just generally improved. I am 70 years old. I will use red light forever! Also i use my red light for 15 min before i go to bed and it helps me sleep better! Win win! I often have sleep issues but realized I have not since I started doing my red light at night. I think i paid about $300 ($299) for my Mito red light. It is STRONG! I love that since it is a panel I can use it anywhere and that it treats my neck at the same time as my face. Also it is SO relaxing! It's like meditating. I am not convinced about many of these devices. My Nuface, I could take it or leave it and see no difference. The science is behing red light therapy. Your results are AMAZING!

I’m a nurse too! And I am sooo excited about my omnilux mask!! I don’t do anything else fancy because I have sensitive rosacea skin and I have seen a HUGE difference in my skin after about 3mos. Less redness and skin just looks overall better. So excited! I find it to be very relaxing to sit on the couch in the evening with my feet up doing my 10 mins. I almost fall asleep! I've been using red light since I was 29. I started with the Baby Quasar. I'm 38 now and I am a big believer of red light therapy it's slowed down the aging process. I also use Retin A, but I never apply it before I use my red light. I pretty much do the same, I apply retin A at night and try to do my red light therapy during the day. I also use my Nuface.

You are so smart to start taking care of your skin at a young age!! I didn't do any skin care until I was 57. I did cleanse my skin every night, but that was it. In the morning I would use a cheap damp wash cloth to exfoliate my face. Then came Retin A. I started using it a few weeks shy of my 61st birthday. My skin has improved so much. I can't imagine what your skin will look like when you are 69. It will be amazing. Thank you..MaryEllen

Always happy when you post a new video! But I'm sorry to hear you haven't been sleeping well. There is a breathing technique that has never failed to get me to sleep. Not sure of its name, I just call it the 4-7-8 method. Breathe in thru your nose for 4 seconds, hold it for 7 seconds, and exhale thru your mouth for 8 seconds. I do this 5 times in a row, and while results are not instantaneous, it works pretty fast for me.

I’m encouraged to keep up my own efforts with the device. I’m 66 y/o with fairly good skin and at 10 wks of 5x/wk use, I am pleased with the subtle changes I see. Hi MaryEllen, I love hearing from you and seeing your results using the Omnilux. Your skin looks plumper and brighter, like a baby’s fresh skin if you will. I want to do it, but I’m afraid I won’t commit my time. I might do it at a later date. (I’m a slacker) I fell yesterday in my house going up a step up from my family room to the main part of the house. I fell on my nose. @@maureenhansen8321 Maureen, Thank you for your concern. I’m sorry for the loss of your husband. My husband was asleep upstairs. When I saw all the blood I went in to shock and just started screaming “help”. He didn’t hear me for a long time, but eventually came to my rescue. I can understand your fears of falling and being alone. We plan to put up a handrail on the one stepdown because right now my fall keeps running in my head every time I go up or down it. Yes, I have new bruises, I am sporting a black eye to go with my busted nose along with new body bruises too. Thank goodness I don’t have extreme pain, but I am sore. It could have been so much worse. I’d say if there are places you feel uncomfortable near stairs to have a handrail for sure, at least that hopefully will help assure you. Please be careful. I mentioned this in my 8 week, and 16 week revies, but not sure I did in this video - I open the mask, and put it over my mouth for an additional 3 minutes. I use to have an LED red light device that only covered the lips. I'm looking forward to hear what your dermatologist has to say. Thank you Melissa!! You know I love you too..MaryEllen

Oh My! Sometimes you watch these before and after videos and think 'ok, maybe a bit of difference...', but your results are definite and noticeable. You have validated my usage of this mask. I may increase my usage from 3 to 5 times a day!

Hi MaryEllen, I didn't know LED was used on wound healing. Your video was very detailed and full of information. Good to know you'd repurchase. I agree with seeing what can be done at home. MaryEllen Your recommendations are always spot on. You do some serious experimentation on products. This shows the viewer the true results. You can clearly see a difference in your skin after the 32 week mark. I want to thank you for your continued prayers for my brother Tim. He had some recent MRI tests on 2-1-23 and is awaiting the final results. He said this test was tough because they used some type of cage to hold his head perfectly still. He did tell me yesterday that the Technician was extremely comforting and talking to him the entire process. This made the nervousness disappear. The RN in you is so appreciated. Kathy

If you are not sleeping and you do not use a Cpap machine, you might want to see if you need one. I did not think I had a problem until I had myself tested. Btw.. thanks so much for your videos. They are so helpful.

Happy Sunday, MaryEllen! I think your skin looks great! I love going for massages, reflexology, and mani-pedis. Facials aren't my thing because my skin is very sensitive. I don't think I would use the Omnilux enough to justify the cost. I hope you and Jim are doing well and not freezing. Here in the Austin area, we had a major ice storm so we were stuck in the house for 3 days. Today it is supposed to be 70 degrees so that is how quickly the weather changes. Have a good week!

Thank you for making this video. You look amazing. I bought this mask and started using it December 23 5 days a week. I haven’t noticed any difference yet. I’m hoping I just need to give it more time. I do notice my face seems so dry lately, more dry than usual. Your skin is looking beautiful. Hopefully I have better results soon 💕

I gave it a try but gave up because too heavy/uncomfortable. I am interestered in this mask. Hi Brenda. I knew if the mask wasn't comfortable I would not use it. Also I wanted something flexible if the need arises that I need to use it for joint pain. If I stay away from wheat I don't have joint pain. And if I do have joint pain I can't take aspirin or NSAIDS (i'm on blood thinners). Tylenol is OK, but it never has helped me much.
