These were always fun because Colin's comedy Achilles heel was not being able to do impressions. Which in turn made him funny in them anyway

At least he can do a Craig T. Nelson impression better than anyone else.
One was a combo impression. Jim Backus was the voice of Mr Magoo (Where are my glasses?) and he played Thurston Howell III on Gilligan's Island.

Brad is underrated I think. They're ALL geniuses, but Brad is like a sniper with some of his actions.
"Did you see me on this week's Biography?" That was Colin's best attempt at actor Peter Graves, who was best known for the Mission:Impossible TV series (1967-1973), and the Airplane! movies. Brad wound up making reference to Gilligan's Island while imitating Mr. Magoo. Jim Backus who voiced the short-sighted Mr. Magoo also played millionaire Thurston Howell III on Gilligan's Island.
Colin's first Impression was "Colonel Klink" from the 1965-1971 sitcom "Hogan's Heroes" played by Werner Klemperer

Yes I agree Brad is probably one of the best returning members, he often goes on tour with Collin as a double act, they have a few videos on KZread actually. There is one episode where Brad is the only singer for the greatest hits game and he absolutely nails every song! It’s one of the few episodes without Wayne Brady and that’s why. I thought he was very good in the Green Screen Show as well, it was a limited run show with many of these plus other games but all backed with green screen and animations for each, kinda cool actually :)
Jim Backus of "Gilligan's Island" was the original voice of the cartoon character Mr. Magoo

"If you know what I mean" is no doubt one of the funniest games.
Britt, add Questions only and Party Quirks to your list. There is a hysterical party quicks with Colin, Ryan, Wayne and I believe a woman called Kathy Green

To be fair, this was the only time the impressions had to be people from tv. They were doing a salute to tv on this show.

Yes, and with a very special guest star!
Mrs. Charmicheal might be a refence to The Lucy Show (but even I'm not old enough for that that one). Answered badly by Scooby Doo. The horse is Mr. Ed, a show about a talking horse, Colin is doing Coronel Klink(sp) from Hogans Hero's the commandant of a German POW camp. The blind Dr. is Mr. Magoo who was voiced by the same actor as the rich guy from Gilligan's Island. Colin's last impression was Peter Graves who hosted Biography for a time but played the original team head in the Mission Impossible TV show.
Britt Remember this episode was aired around late 80's to early 90's. They were references to entertainers from the past. You know of Yogi Bear and Gary Coleman, but some others passed away 30+ years ago.

4:03 This was Mr Magoo, a cartoon character voiced by Jim Backus - Thurston Howell from Gilligan's Island. Mr Magoo did not have very good eyesight and was getting into dangerous situations because of it.
There's one game called Scene to Rap. They do the whole scene as a rap. Wayne usually kills it (musical games are his speciality) Ryan and Colin are terrible rappers but it only makes it funnier. Specifically there's one with special guest Stephen Colbert. Funnier in hindsight, cause he said after he said when he agreed to be on the show: "no musical games" and first thing they taped was "scene to rap" 😅

I don't think I've ever seen this one! I'll have to specifically look it up
Fun reaction! I agree, so many things to keep track of but it's still funny even when they mess up. xD I used to watch this show all the time in high school. 'Sound effects' and 'Helping hands' were always some of my favorite rounds.
Gary Coleman from Different Strokes
This was fun. Good game. It is a hard game. Bard's impression of Mr. Magoo was spot on. I suggest the game "Moving People" next.
They also do Questions Only without the impressions.
I remember this episode. This was a special "Salute To Television" episode they were doing with all the games in this episode.
Yes! Keep them coming. I love this show and I love your reactions!

Pretty sure nr. 3 was Barney from The Flintstones? O.o No? Admittedly I didn't watch Yogi Bear in English, so I have no idea what his voice would sound like but I've heard Brad do Barney before on Improvaganza and that was exactly how he sounded.
Party Quirks - Foal being born. Search, laugh, the end.
All their games are great, I like the ones with Ryan & Colin specifically, so the Sound Effects and Whose Line are good..There are a few games they don't do very often, I remember a really funny Stand, Sit, Bend with Drew..
Here's one of my favorite Whose Line games. "Film Dub". The fellas make on-the-spot voice overs and dialogue over old films. Shows how quick-witted they are super hilarious.
Yay Questionable Impressions! One of my favorite games 😃 Three Headed Broadway Star and Multiple Personalities are great aswell.
the 4th panelists and their total number of episodes: Greg Proops - 83 episodes (Seasons 1-8, 10 onwards) Brad Sherwood - 74 episodes (Seasons 1-8, 10-16, 19 onwards) Jeff Davis - 59 episodes (Seasons 3-5, 7 onwards) Charles "Chip" Esten - 45 episodes (Seasons 2-8, 13-16) Gary Anthony Williams - 41 episodes (Seasons 9-17, 19 onwards) Kathy Greenwood - 33 episodes (Seasons 2-5, 7-8) Jonathan Mangum - 33 episodes (Season 9 onwards) Heather Anne Campbell - 15 episodes (Seasons 9-11, 13-15, 17 onwards) Denny Siegel - 14 episodes (Seasons 1-2, 6, 8) Keegan-Michael Key - 13 episodes (Seasons 9-12, 14, 18, 20) Nyima Funk - 8 episodes (Seasons 9-10, 17 onwards) Kathy Griffin - 4 episodes (Season 5) Karen Maruyama - 3 episodes (Seasons 1-2)

a good game to watch is Unlikely Superheroes, especially the one where Colin is Captain Hair.
don't worry, there's a lot of impressions I don't know either, lol! But Collin is terrible at them so that's why they love playing it because he's still so funny XD The normal Questions Only is also really great....and you have to check out Party Quirks, Weird Newscasters, Multiple Personalities is an underdog one. I think Greg and Brad are my favorite fourth person, then Chip and Jeff. Brad is so good at the physical comedy and him and Greg would just be on par with the other three, especially Ryan and Collin!
My fav skits were always Newsflash and Hats aka Dating Service Video.
My favorite thing they do is called "let's make a date" and also the game called "secret"
Party Quirks is great.
3:12 Gary Coleman Different Strokes
If you think this game is tough, Britt, try watching the Number of Words clips of Whose Line.
party quirks and dating game are my two favorite after howdown and irish drinking song
There's a similar game called "Song Titles." It's like this one, but instead of questions, they can only speak in song titles. And they don't have to do impressions.
Yogi Bear and Peter Graves were two of the ones you didn't know or almost knew. Others have pointed out the rest.
You would love the games “Greatest Hits” and also there’s a game called “Whose Line”, yes there’s a game on Whose Line called “Whose Line” and its great
A slightly easier game was Questions Only, where you don't also have to do an impression. Impressions were added into the game later.
The only 3 impressions I could identify were Scooby Doo, Barney from the Flintstones and the woman from The Weakest Link (whom I only know from seeing like 2 short clips in YT compilations over the years but she was very memorable, lol). I never understand pop culture/media references or impressions xP.
It's not easy to keep up with. That's part of where the funny comes from. Watching the struggle. Also: Yogi Bear. Different Strokes was the show. As for a better game...look up Drew's Improv-a-ganza and watch a game called "New Choice".
I was just watching questions only. It is really good.
The questions game (without the accents, and usually I remember them doing it with props rather than accents) has an oddly literate history since the rules of the game are described in the 1967 Tom Stoppard play Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead, which follows a couple of bit players from Hamlet. They are sent by the King to find out if Hamlet is really crazy and later take him to England to be executed, but Hamlet escapes (implausibly saved by pirates) after switching a letter so that Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are executed instead. The title is a line from the end of the play that just serves to up the death count in Hamlet by two. But the game comes as Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are preparing to question Hamlet, they do so by playing a game of questions with each other, with the rules spelled out to explain the points that are awarded. Stoppard does not include the scene from Hamlet (there are other scenes from Hamlet included which can be recognized because Rosencrantz and Guildenstern start speaking Shakesperean English) but we do get the leaving the match bemoaning the fact that Hamlet whipped them. The scene of them questioning Hamlet does in fact consist mostly of Hamlet questioning them and them appearing lost.
Questions Only was a fun game, Colin and Ryan always seemed to be the winners of that game.
It's okay, Britt. Remember, this show has been going for a long time and some of the references and impressions that were current(ish) at the time might not make sense to younger viewers or those simply catching Whose Line now. You can still enjoy it, even if some of the material goes over your head. Keep at it!
Helping Hands is great with Colin and Ryan and whoever is the guest star.
Party Quirks and Newsflash are my faves on Whose Line. I think you'd also like the Freeze game from Improvaganza. Lots of the same performers, plus Drew actually performs.
Sound FX is the funniest game they play…it’s the source of the best comedy…two audience members come up and try to provide sounds effects for Collin and Ryan, it is the most funny game they have ever played and became famous for it…please react to the sound FX games…from season 3 on
Do the ones with text messages. I think that is my favorite game now that they do.
there are more of these.. some go around 5-6 rounds each person :) watch more of these
Check out the whoes line clip called "You've got soul" won't be disappointed!
Haha afraid of blood surgeon we lost The Patient The Bill Gave Him A Heart Attack
You should also check out Whose Line's Millionaire Show skit. It's very funny :)
This is absolutely hard but not as much as you think. They regularly played the regular version of this game -Questions Only, which didn’t have the impressions, as well as they play games with impressions often. For an encore..Press Conference Yogi Bear
Highly recommend checking out a game called Three Headed Broadway Star. That’s pretty fun
I would instantly be Chandler from friends because then I could just ask over and over again. “Can I be______?” All sarcastic
Improbable Mission needs to be next
I’ve said it before, but you need to watch the episode with Tiffany Haddish. She participated into games/skits

Song titles only is a really funny game and also Props or Hats.
Check out In Living Color "Benita Butrell"......Comedy
Please check out the whose line party quirks game with Ryan and the glass bulb
After hearing the instructions, I would've asked if we should also hop on one foot while patting our heads and rubbing our stomachs.

Gary Coleman on Different Strokes and before it ended Steve Buscemi
You should watch some news flash games. Collin is in front of a green screen, and everyone else knows what's going on behind him except for him.
it maybe hard for new casts but it's just the same as one of their regular games, where it's basically the same, just without the impressions rule.
You should really watch Collins segways. It really shows his wit and they’re hysterical.
they missed the easy one. B bunny " what's up Doc?".
This is too complicated to rewatch right now😊
No game is funnier than Props. :D
I'll mention again you should checkout Whose line is it anyway inside jokes

My personal favorite hoedown is one from the British version of the show: The Colin Hoedown.
Add "If you know what I mean"!!
In terms of which other celebrity episodes you should watch. My Answer is none. You have so many games with the main cast to explore. So many amazing games you haven't seen. I think you should just focus on seeing more of what these guys can do. The celebrities usually screw up anyways
There is only 6 of them. PLEASE watch them all.
May I suggest clips titled The News According to Colin
How about when Lassie was a guest.

Where are the Norm reactions? Norm's appearances on Conan and Letterman!
Sound effects
You gotta see the hoedown where Ryan keeps stealing Brad's rhymes. Brad's reaction is funnier than the hoedowns!
Yeah I guess a lot of this was before her time.
One of my favorites of these with Colin was, he came out, spoke in his regular voice, and asked the other player if they had anything for Craig T Nelson. Colin definitely has the worst impression skills.
Do a few green screens and then green screen - colin
