What a fantastic space! I can see artists in residence there, as another additional activity. So much potential.

It’s gorgeous. I am looking after a modest ten bedroom retreat centre here in Spain but this place is spectacular! The practice space (the barn) is just what every retreat centre needs. The rooms are beautiful. Congratulations to the owners.

Wow, wow, wow!! We thought for sure that the price would be at least 3.5 million euros! What a amazing property! The entertainment space in the barn is so quintessentially Tuscan...a bit rustic and so elegant...and the bedrooms are spartan but cozy, and all with ac! And I love that the kitchen is not in the main house. This is a chef's property! I would love to stay there after it sells ;-)

In my mind, I was imagining all those people, and those Massage Specialists at work! I would think that the many rooms are for the Staff, wherein the Guest is given the Full Treatment! Like a Cruise Ship, only better! Maybe the Occupancy for Guests should be limited in fours, so as to Accommodate Quarterly to Orderly! :) What an imagination I get from such magnificent Treasures! This one is a Treasure! I cannot wait to see the Wisteria in Full Bloom! The Staff will Love living there! :)

The doors ....cabinets ...walls ❤❤❤❤ Last upstairs bedroom is my favorite with the blue cabinet and skylight ! Secret wish .... Sneak into the barn at night and just get the fairylights on .. And look at those ceilings 😊

So perfecto! Dancing school to cooking school, Yoga, and even not mentioend Reiki or healiing Touch sessions or classes. Maybe massage if someone available for this? Weddings, Receptions, you name it and it covers all including the swimming and all spas. What a place. Architecture so wonderful, and the exta buildigns marvelous and needed. Could have a Bed and Breakkfast even. But need to schedule i ll very carefully. Certainly cold be fun and the landscape is to die for not counting having a kitchen like that where everything is accepable and ready, As time goes one can put all their own lovely touches on this too, and yet the main idea is already the and ready for business ( Just about) It needs new owners and all legally set in place and whatever ne needs to give it that look they should desire. Not changing the main features needed to keep it most original . Love it, Nick! Thank you for shoing it and wish I was the one who would be owner but it is not right for me, now. If younger and take the tiem to teach some of it especially dancing and doing healing touch and reiki and also, some of the other things as for weddings , Scheduling etc. do need a large family in this business working together or certainly trusted people to help work here ,and enjoy it as much as the owners do! Making sure the landscaping is kept up nicely and flowers in the right plaes especially Roses (June weddings especially) but ever bloomers to try to keep all running smoothly and other kinds to keep goong all season long. Even evergreen, as Winters can bring some business as well. Christmas can be a very joyous time for celebrations of all kinds! Think the price is fair. Not sure if any furnishings are included ho expensive it can be, but they jsut need to work it all out nd about fixtures staying and water supply. I take it maybe it runs off mains for water>? Not a well or septic? Guess they are questiosn new owner perspectives can ask? Want t make sure one has plenty of water. There is not a chapel? Maybe something like this would help with the wedding ceremonies, to have one room some place ,done up just for this, but guess they have used maybe the huge dining area for this? Needing a priest of minister? But maybe there would be a room for it special someday, one never knows? Or did I miss it? Think owners really need to live there too though, to make sure all is going well> TY!

Someone had an incredible vision for this property and nailed it! I love every square inch that you showed us Nick. I wish I knew someone who wanted to take on a business like this in Italy. For me, I would like to come with a couple dozen friends and stay as a guests for several weeks a year as our base for plein air painting the countryside.

I'm not sure this is in tuscany, after i google that valley. lovely property. prety remote. very nicely done. lots of character.As a busness, the value depends on the profit from the business. If you are going to run a business in remote italy, you better live there 8-12 months of the year and better speak italian. The main house doesnt seem to have a place for the owners to live or hang out, no kitchen, living room or owner bedroom/ private area that i saw. I wonder if the owners lived nearby. If you had an owner and any staff staying there, that would take up some of the bedrooms. the fact that he keeps mentioning other businesses, makes it seem that this business that these owners have isnt that compellning. also, If you use the house for B&B and live in the barn, you still need to leteveryone into the first floor to have breakfast (only kitchen and common space availabke).. so you would need to live upstairs.. and that means that you have to take over the dance area or some are and have a livng space installed for you.... Or buy a house nearbye to live in....but then you arent even livng here.

I recently discovered your channel and I have binge watched all of your videos. I really enjoy your presentation of the properties and your exuberance when describing them. It truly makes me feel part of the area and home. Although some are out of my budget, you make me excited for my dream to own a home in Italy!!
