Paying for something and not getting what you paid for is so frustrating. Especially when the confusion is on the brand and not a customer mistake. The whole interaction made me self reflect, and I wish I wasn't as understanding. Good customer service goes a long way. You made it work, and the surprise went great.

Hi Mary! I'm so grateful for you and your sister's relationship! Stay blessed. I love yall. I'm so sorry about the despicable customer service. My daughters and I experienced this with a travel agency, a small black owned business. We will never use her again nor recommend her. We don't want to put her on blast either because we know she can't mess with our anointed family and think she'll get away with it. In my grandmomma's words, "She'll see it again."

What a beautiful welcome to Dallas/homecoming. It is nice to have family living in the state you live in. The only family I have that lives near me is my son, my daughter, and two grandsons. I am grateful they are with me.
