This game looks so enticing to me but I wish there was a demo to try first. Great review!

Loving this game so far, I used to be pretty good at the older ones but re-learning at the moment!

The Adventure Time-esque art style immediately sold me to want to try the game out. I'm definitely going to spend hours and hours playing this game!

I find myself Switching Up (😉) my outfits constantly, was not expecting to do that. It’s a blast to have some new OlliOlli to conquer.

Was never interested in the previous games but there's something about this one that I find really appealing, pleased to see it's reviewed so well, definitely picking it up... In a sale haha

"skating wizard that ascended to the heavens" ... my brain instantly started playing Heaven is a Halfpipe by OPM.

I haven't really played skateboarding games since the early Tony Hawk days. But everything about this game is so appealing. I love the art style, the gameplay looks like its a blast and it sounds like the Devs always do a great job with these games. Definitely a game I'll be checking out at some point.

Had my eye on this since its release and was waiting for this review, definitely another one for the backlog I think

Great stuff guys! I bounced off the first one after finding the controls a bit cumbersome and tricky to learn. But this looks beautiful, and hearing that the game no longer punishes you for not playing optimally but rewards you if you do has deffo rekindled my interest...

I bought it last night and played before going to bed at 2am! hah I'm so impressed. It's a beautiful game that runs well with a high skill ceiling. Just looking at the tracks you play on in this video makes me excited to progress! :)

Olliolli world is the most relaxing and competitive game ever. If you just wanna relax then you can play casually but there’s also a competitive community

This game has me hooked. The optional tasks in each level are great. And nailing that “perfect” run is so satisfying. Plus, the leagues are so much fun competing against others. My switch says I’ve played 25 hours or more and I’m not even at the final world.

I really enjoyed the first two games in this series, once I got over the learning curve I was addicted. I had $50 gift card I had been saving since Christmas for a rainy day and now I know exactly what I'll be spending it on. Thanks for selling me on this game with this review!

actually looks pretty sweet! I will get it on sale though as this does look more like a "play in between my bigger games" kind of title. Especially since the older Ollie Ollie is on sale for under $3 right now I can imagine this can go down to at least under $9 at some point.

Really trippy and fun style. Has that Artful Escape vibe.

I loved both of the first two games and thought they already had great control. They really rewarded skill and practice. This looks like a great progression with graphics a lot better and a lot more to it. The price puts me off at this point just because I picked up the first two at such a good price. I will definitely be picking this up but will be waiting for a price drop at this point. It seems VERY expensive to me for what is an endless runner style game. The first two games were great fun but they are the type of game you play in small bursts. I have forgotten what you call them but the games you play in between the more epic games (a loading game / palate cleanser??). I think they would sell a lot more if they had a better price point as I know that there are lots of fans out there. Or am I being unfair and they have added a lot to this experience to justify the price?? I am interested what people think.

The 1st must buy Switch game of 2022 for me anyway - a lot of games coming Hyped for the Direct tomorrow 😎🤙👍

Not played a skating game since I played Tony Hawk of my original PlayStation, but I will def be picking this up as it looks amazing!!!

100% will be DLC because you could pre order a game pass with the game that listed the DLC for the next 12months.

The art style seems to take inspiration from Cartoon Network's "Adventure Time". Getting really strong vibes of the show in the game, from design to colour palette

Looks amazing! Kinda reminds me of the Adventure time art style. Out with the old overrated pixel art and in with this new gorgeous gorgeous graphics.

Great game! Good review Mark. The music is cool and I was surprise one of my favorite artist's (Anomalie, Velour) song was in the playlist. Go check his stuff if you like piano jazz with a modern twist!!

even the Berrics were promoting this tite- Seem to really appeal to a core skate crowd which is good!

My thumb stick is nearly broken on my Switch Lite so I bought a Pro Controller. Does it still feel good on a controller?

I bought the originals on sale but found the amount of moves and the steep learning curve a bit much and put it down without making much progress. I reckon this looks like a good entry in to the series. A bit of hand holding can be a good thing. Might grab this then return to the originals after

Yeah they’ve tweaked that difficulty a lot

Picked it up on PS5 and it's alright. The Dual Sense doesn't feel great with it. Waiting for a Switch physical copy to eventually release.

tbh this game looks like one of those if you're not doing a trick 100% of the time you're not getting a "good" score, i want something more chill and free form. thats why skate is such a good skateboarding game, because you can just skate around the city and not worry about challenges or whatever

denitely waiting on a sale. Physical might be harder to come by on a sale as I predict scalpers will grab as much copies of this if it ever comes out on physical.

I want to get on this but I would rather a physical if one id coming....eventually

By the way - online aspects kick in right from the start - as you play the level challenges you will get “rivals” appear who have similar scores to you - it’s very compelling as it makes you want to replay the challenges to beat your rivals - very slickly done - you can completely ignore if you want as it’s quite subtle.

Waiting for a sale. Looks awesome but 30 bucks is too much for me.

£4 now on CD keys so naturally im here to see how it is after playing the first 2 games 🤣

I really like everything about this game but $29.99 is a bit high for me. I will be patient and wait for a sale.

This does look pretty fun, but I'm going to pass. I find myself buying games immediately after seeing a review and then forcing myself to finish them because I paid for it. Trying to be more particular in paying for games lately. Not a knock on this- just waiting for something that makes me run to the switch to turn it on.

It's a good-looking game but I find the controls too difficult to master to truly enjoy it. I was hoping I could just play casually - for points - without getting stuck on a level.
