OlliOlli World Review - The Final Verdict

Ойындар

As a game which aims to attain a gliding sense of flow, I’d say OlliOlli World succeeds.

I can testify this a "just one more try" type of game. Good fun.

The only think I don't like are the bonus objectives. Most of them involve jumping over or hitting various props but it's really hard to remember which is which in the heat of the moment because they keep swapping the objectives and props around.

Got it free for PlayStation Plus so i gave it a try. I’m not a fan sadly. After 2 hours I had enough. It played fine control wise, Visuals good remind me of adventure time, customization crazy, Music the best in the whole game it’s really fire 🔥 and chill ☃️ I just got annoyed with the objectives and was giving me dark flashback of Crash 4 how the collectibles were too much. Also wish there a jump button and not just released stick to jump that messed me up too many times. It is meant for kids cuz 20+ our hands/reflexes aren’t the same and I didn’t want to deal with it. Yes it’s a me problem as well. I wouldn’t mind playing this again if it was on my Switch cuz it would feel more natural and a game you play 15-30min and move on. On PlayStation I have other games and My Switch is my indie console. That all

Anyone else bothered by the gameplay footage in this video? Whenever I play I’m doing the entire map in one combo.

Looks alright. Not overly hard with a nice difficulty curve. Would get it if it goes free on PS+ but wouldn't pay more than $20aus for it

I was thinking the same thing. It's pretty. But not worth the price at all. This is like a $2 phone app

This is the type of game where playability over-rules every other aspect of the game that people think make a popular game - where graphic & sound are seemingly the boss. The type of entertaining game developers abandoned in favour of flashy games swamped in bloom and motion blur in the early 00's. Nice to see the return of entertaining & challenging games and this one reminds me of a cartoon my daughter watches.. [quick google..] Adventure Time.. It's Adventure Time meets skateboarding. 😂
