I have to say, Mr. Sausage, I'm very happy with how you taste the sausage now. I've always liked the behind the camera view, but a lot loved the tasting table. So the compromise is very welcome! And I will say that I do skip through both the ad and the fan mail portions only because I'm more interested in the sausage. But you put both the ad and fan mail in the same parts of the video every time, so it's very easy to just watch what I like. I don't know if that was intentional, but you make watching your videos very easy and stress-free. I love consistency and you sir are a master of it.

Do a charcouterie table sausage featuring some ham, mortadella, maybe salami or other cold cuts, various cheeses and some fruit or nuts. It might be actually good.

@@nickthegreat9434 AFAIK, pasta Alfredo is known in Italy as pasta al burro (literally pasta with butter), but it was made famous by Alfredo de Lelio in Rome who served fettuccine all'Alfredo at his Restaurant. He apparently made a big show of tossing the pasta in butter and Parmesan at the table for the diners. American Alfredo sauce may deviate from the simple butter and Parmesan sauce by using starch or eggs as the thickener.

Suggestion to prevent the casing from popping - elevate your sausage stuffer on the same level as grinder, so the filling will be spread equally inside the casing and to prevent putting too much filling at the end of sausage-making. My grammar is glitching out a bit, so sorry for that.
