Ғылым және технология

This instructional video walks you through the workflow for running Olink Target 48 or Olink Flex on the Olink Signature Q100 instrument.
Chapter 1: Introduction to Target 48 and Flex. An introduction to the Proximity Extension Assay (PEA), the Olink Target 48 and Olink Flex kits and the Olink Signature Q100 instrument.
Chapter 2: Before you start. Lab work tips and tricks including how to perform reverse pipetting (2:50) and proper plate vortexing (3:48, but also, see • Olink Vortexing instru... for further plate vortexing tricks).
Chapter 3: Incubation step. The first day of lab work is all preparation before the incubation; setting up the control strip, making the incubation mix and setting up the incubation plate with your samples and the incubation mix.
Chapter 4: Extension and amplification step. The second day starts with preparing your PCR instrument, preparing extension mix, adding the extension mix to each well of the incubation plate and running the PCR.
Chapter 5: Detection step. With our extension product ready, the final step of the protocol starts with priming of the 48x48 IFC, preparing the detection mix and mixing the extension product and detection mix in the Sample plate. Finally, the primers and samples are added to their respective sides of the primed IFC and the IFC is run on the Olink Signature Q100 instrument.
