And you too - welcome to this tiny channel. We haven't been doing it long but enjoying it which is the most important thing. Just turned our very first (small🤣) landmark of 500 subscribers which in the greater scheme of things is nothing but to us is fantastic & quite staggering - to know 2000 people in Russia (for example) have watched our videos blows our minds!!!!!!!

Just a quick question, is the car garaged at home??

Nice Karmann VW on the journey. Forgive me if you already know but the front grille is the easy way to spot the difference between a Consul and Granada . The Granada has slats and is an all in one grille with no division, the consul has 2 small grilles if you like side by side.(maybe not the best description) Those Subaru are a very rare sight . Wow,wow,wow behind the Pageant blue MGB GT a Panther Rio very very rare based on the Dolomite. Only 18 ever built and not many left. The Magenta Stag looked lovely. Its a colour that's like marmite but i quite like it because its different and so 70's. Look forward to seeing more of the show.

Cheers Glyn - yes the VW on the journey was lovely and nice interaction. He wasn't going to the same show! Yes the Panther Rio - think it's in part 2 - I knew it was Triumph Dolomite based but didn't realise how rare they were🤣 Worried I skimmed over it as personally (don't hold it against me) I think they're a bit ugly 🤣🤣🤣

@@OldCarsNewVan Cant disagree about the Rio its more what it stood for and who built it. I cant say i was ever really a fan of the Dolomite in the styling dept.

Great weather with great classic cars! Loving the rumble bumble of Dizzy. The purple Ford Escort is really looking stunning. Loving the old Granada/Consul - also rare to see them with the old steel wheels - if you still get to see one. Subaru Brat - never seen one over here. Very nice variety of cars there. I also like these Rolls Royce Silver Shadows but luckily my Audi also isn't in danger, hehe.

Cheers Sven - it was a great day - and I also met a channel I follow, Old Classic Car which was nice as he's subscribed. Also we turned 500 subscribers while editing the videos which again was a little boost - small landmarks!!!

@@OldCarsNewVan Hi Mike, that's of course always amazing when you're also meeting subscribers. Today I've been again to the Classics & Coffee in Stuttgart but this time with the Jag. The guy on the entrance was totally loving the Jag and hope to see it soon again. So I had a very nice day although I wasn't as long over there then usual. There weren't too many people today but I also forgot that today is Mother's Day in Germany. So of course the most people did visit their parents instead.

@@OldCarsNewVan I filmed it today when I was at the Classics & Coffee. The car still needs a few repairs but I am also planning to get it done in short time. It needs a full inspection/service. And also the problem with the alternator or battery needs to get solved - I knew about this when I bought it. But doesn't seem to me like a big job. This morning I got a surprise when figuring out that I didn't check the sprayer of the wiper water during the test drive. I actually also didn't expect this could be broken. Glad I didn't buy the car in winter, haha. So now it is not a big deal. Also I don't think that this going to become too expensive. Assuming corroded connectors or a broken electric motor.

@@BFDdrives if you need parts, remember it's from a time of Ford ownership of Jaguar so a lot of Ford Mondeo bits fit. I remember replacing an electric window switch in mine - ended up ordering the Ford one as it was half the price! Even had the same part number on it🤣

That will be it's first car show in at least 15 years as I never took it to one and I'm sure guy who had it before you didn't ether and before me was off the road since 2009
