It would probably be overflowing or something like that by the time or before the next time the truck would come by. He wasn't trying to sell his Porsche, he was looking for a repair. The unrealistic part is that no one would pay 10k to fix a newer Porsche in a shady, back-alley garage, instead of a Porsche dealer.
