Another good job Steve , how can tell when it’s nippally outside?
Nice job Steve. 163k subs is a lot because not everyone has an interest in the trade. I just hope KZread is paying you good for the amount of time you put into it.
Steve, this guy hit the nail on the head. We love that you’re so willing to show the experience you have, your thought process, your thoroughness and your character. You’re a good man. Don’t get me wrong, we do love Miss Molly!!😎

Just be honest, you're here for the dag.
Miss Molly is in Charge of Security and answering Telemarketer calls.
Hire this guy as an assistant. He seems eager to learn. A smart man knows his limits.
Im watching from the UK and I only service gas appliances , but it's interesting seeing how things are done in the US, plus I get to listen to that accent!
I watch because the work you do reminds me of when my father would take me to work with him I have probably watched 90% of your videos … he would have almost the same things to say about the people not to mention you two shared the same kind of belly …haha
Steve's got a fanboy on his hands there Mamma! 🤣
I'm not doing the bucket! LOL
I’m in the trade 39 years and I enjoy watching, Doing shit right. Miss Molly is beautiful
After a long day when I can finally stop moving and lay back it is great to watch one of Steve's Videos.
I watch the videos because I want to learn about it. Steve you are a great teacher. Funny sometimes but you know what you are doing and you do a great job at it.
Once again Steve, nice job. That guy had a lot of issues, the feeder valve, new filter, new nozzle, new expansion tank.
Miss molly is the light entertainment. And you are one of the honest servicemen i have watched since I started watching you last year.
Boy you really fixed him up good !
I can see it now..a bigger truck with a toilet section in stock lol.with the welcome to the shit show sign swinging above the toilets haha.
That boiler hasn't had the nozzle and filter changed in a long time. The pump filter will be dirty too.
Do you ever have customers that don't want the job recorded?
I am a new subscriber and I’m glad I found your channel! I am recently retired and enjoy learning things about home maintenance. Keep up the great work and entertaining videos. Happy New Year! Peace ✌🏼
Most of the companies would rather replace the boiler than trying to find what's wrong with it. You're lucky to have steve working on your boiler :)
Well you finally got to my boiler minus the domestic. I have a 1/12 B&G pushing around a single zone . A library book in 1993 , talked to the old guys and managed to install 8 cast iron rads. It still runs however I learned today all those years making sure it didn't EXCEED 12psi AT THE MAX TEMP oops. that big old tank never needed drained. OF course today I learned I installed the feed water and pressure reducing valve on the WRONG side of the makeup water and never had an air scoop. another oops. Just bleed the air at the highest point in the system once or twice a season. oh well Thanks Steve and yes my boiler drain drip leaks there also as of this season so time for a new one.
I wish Steve had more than two hands and could be in multiple places at one time. He is a rare treasure.
Awesome video Steve. I think this was one of the best...commenting and editing are next level.
You can tell Steve liked this guy.
that feeder looked as clogged as my arteries!
Relief valve is plugged also
Steve you are most definitely the coolest guy on you tube Thank you for your informative videos.
Love your videos ( very knowledgeable and funny ) great job 👏
Happy Thanksgiving to you and Miss Molly 👍👍👍
Great work!
Atleast theBurnham V series didn't havea leaking block
that guy is right. thank you Steve
Hey Steve and Miss Molly! Workin' again y'all!
Nice job Steve
You the man. Good job well done 👏. Nice catch on expansion tank.😉 hi to Miss Molly. 👋🐕🦺 Have a Happy Thanksgiving and stay safe.
People watch to see if they can avoid paying someone else to do it.🤣 That's how I stumbled on your channel. I can't remember what I was searching for. I'd rather watch these videos than my wife's reality TV!🤣🤣 🍺🍺🍺🥃🥃🍿🎯🏌🏻♀️ Stay safe. Retired (werk'n)keyboard super tech. Wear your safety glasses!
Steve - you gotta help a brother out next time and install the toilet.

He will when he has time and a proper appointment to do it. He just has other prior appointments for the day and hes already taken longer than he thought he would for this boiler. He might end up late for his next appointment for the day.
You see it.. you see it. Guy. Totally brilliant. 🥂🥂
I'd bet the filter at the pump itself could have used a change... great work here! Thanks for sharing.
Dang that job took better part of the day, pretty cool watching it to the end
Mis Molly is a a bonus but came to see the real man working. Love your channel
Great video
Getting to be that time of year when all the burners start up for the first time this season. Get mollys boots on , she's gonna need them !
I'm here for the dog!😆
This was a good one dude.
Makes you wonder who piped some of these boilers. The air scoop Hy Vent and expansion tank is way to close and has nowhere near the 18" minimum of horizontal run before the air scoop to let the air settle to the top of the pipe. The Hy vents can only work if the scoop can catch the air in the pipes. It's bad enough they Hy vents leak as much as they do over time but at least pipe it right in the first place.
i think steven is the best plumer you can have knows what hes doing and wont take you for a ride good man nice guy good work and decent priceses
That service guy workin on that boiler before you was a real ham n' egger.

They were milking this dude. Steve will set it as right as he can for the condition that boiler is in. It's looking pretty rough, been leaking for some time, or the basement floods out here and there. The bottom of that unit is all rusted out along with other areas. It's got corrosion drip lines eating into it. That thing is a mess.
I find these videos so interesting to watch. On the expansion tank (we call it expansion vessel), we usually try pumping air into it and its only if it doesnt hold air that we know that its completely gone and we replace it. Very interesting to see different countries systems.

yep and before pumping air into it I like to replace whole valve stem.
Haha, smells like french fries when it's burning. Not when it's a nasty gel! Also, I watch your videos for pure entertainment. I don't work on heating or air conditioning. I'm a pinball and video game tech. I work on all the fun stuff! Pool tables, jukeboxes, shuffleboards, and I probably have more fun at work than people going out and trying to have fun. Love the videos, Steve!
Hey Steven great videos very helpful for me here in Chicago, what’s the best thermostat system for multi unit apartment building without zones I’m trying to evenly heat the place, I thought about installing a basic thermostat on the 2nd Fl but I don’t want the 1st floor and garden units to not get enough heat any advice thank you..
You should do a video on asbestos. Most people have no idea what it looks like when it's on pipes and basement walls.
Miss. Molly, star of the show that’s for sure.
Remember that actual minutes/seconds watched is MORE valuable than subscribers. It’s more important than likes too. Actual minutes watched is gold.
This boiler really needed Steve's experience. They should be teaching this in schools in the NE. I'm here for Miss Molly and Steve's jokes.
Holy shit moment!!!! love it Steve!!!
Thanks Steve just took my pressure gauge out of the drawer . Put in my tools.
I agree. They have the switch on The wall ware the light switch would be lol.i always put a red shutoff plate or label them also
good job steve, that whole boiler should of probably been replaced but its still giving them heat right lol
Happy Thanksgiving Steve 👍
Steven lavimonier I like your utube videos
So this customer found you on youtube. I wonder if he realizes that you are not only a master plumber but also a youtube celebrity.
Miss Molly is a Master Plumber.
You should try installing the cast iron air scoop according to the instructions(18 inches of straight pipe before entering) and installing a proper expansion tank valve so air pressure can be checked without dropping the system.
Steve, I am amazed that for the most part, you can work with one hand, and hold the camera with the other hand … and always getting a good shot. I would like to know if that is a cell phone camera you are using, or a special kind of video camera.
It supposed to be 21° here near Asheboro North Carolina tonight and I Heard that it was 17° in Deluth Minnesota from a good Friend of Mine last night.
Not many oil techs left my good man. #8 staybrite learned refer work before silphos brazing rod was common. Only 2 types of solder 45% silver solder Staybrite. Enjoy your banter. Iron fireman. Gordon Piat Timken
Steve Miss Molly got me! But I watch you! And he is telling you the truth.
Everyone share his videos then he will get 20 million
Helicopter Momma
Thank's for all of this useful information! Do you take calls if we are out of state? I know it is difficult to diagnose if you can't be here.
When a customer talks about not knowing anything about this situation, he/she becomes a crooked contractors dream.
Man you can see the bucks going right up the flue pipe on that Ol Gal ,one I replaced had a 12 inch flue 😂😂😂😂😂😂
What a day!
watching or youtube videos for the for the last few months been learning alot just want to say your better than your blow fish friend, that was funny keep up the good work kids will learn we need that today
This customer didn’t piss Steve off ones 😅
Nice job when you know what you’re doing makes everything easier and everyone happy. But channel locks on the filter bolt. That one hurt lol
His boiler had a crusty domestic water heater plate too. I see a lot like that in your videos.
Miss Molly working again. That water feeder is in need of double bypass surgery. Holy sh.. no way you can purge the system with it in place. Cholesterol city.
3 comments... 1. I never trust the tridicator on an old boiler. Why not get a screw on style pressure gauge? 2. Considering how plugged up the B4 and nozzle were, why not check the pump strainer? 3. The electrode points looked ground down to me, why not change them. That's a call back lurking.
Haven't seen you get a call on a 3 door coal conversion with a old type burner in middle door steam w stack control . And hot water coil.🤓
The filter had a brother chewbacca
I wish you could live here in Minnesota
Hi Steve,Should do a dating story It’s been a while since the last one!!
I don't want to build your ego more than the client did over and over, but it was cool how you knew the expansion tank would be bad after you replaced the fill valve. Experience.
Miss Molly getting the Grinch feet going
went "woke" on us....SteveO is working again mamma!
Hello Steve!
Seems to me there would be a tridicator valved test port on the boiler so as to check true pressure with a know accurate gauge. Kinda like a schrader valve on an AC system. There is one to check the expansion tank so why not one for the boiler?
@imthatguy1878
2 жыл бұрын
I just made a deadhead guage for a washing machine hose and attach it to the purge station and open it up for a proper reading if the tridicater is crap
Why is water being run in black iron pipe? What's the operating pressure of that feeder circuit?
Judging from the looks of the filter, I wonder how many years it’s been since it has been changed. I would assume somebody has been ripping this poor guy off.
Looks of that water feed blockage probably should have drained the boiler at drain cock eliminate some of the sediment
Great call ! great work on a work that momma would love ! Keep up the great work! What a great call, crusty or not,. Miss Molly is a bonus but came to see the real man working.
I can't comment on that Burn'em up boiler because I only watch for the dog :)
These guys kept coming over and milking a duck ,if you want the job done right you call Steve Lavimoniere .
Good job Steve. Who is on First? What is on Second?
At least Steven ya was there that time no call back!!!!
"That is a shitshow Mama."
why u dont clean the pump scan
Why you have to change the tank and just not put it air ? Sorry for my English.
