Lee Evans was the breath of fresh air as a comedian so sad he had to give up there is no comedian at the moment or in the last 20 years does funniest clever as he has the nearest one to it is Micky Flanagan who also talks about life any experiences of life

Have to agree..ive been a fan of lee for many years...many wouldn't agree cos he's trying to take off the likes of Norman Wisdon & Gerry Lewis..which were incredible on screen..but I think lee is not like no other comedian lime no other..I've watched hours of he's shows old and new and I never get bored..the scotland show has to be my favourite when his dad came on at the end of the show so heart warming..a genuine genius..he played in Dublin Olympia many years ago and never got a chance to see him live and suppose I never will..and the choice he's made for his kids and family is pure gold..watched an on interview on Jonathan Ross now he can spend time with his family.Respect we love you Lee

@@glentyrrell3723 Apparently there is only Lee and his wife now, his daughter is all grown up now and moved out and she is covered in Tattoos. What i don't understand is yes he gave up live shows to spend more time with his family and also after the death of his close friend and manager, but there's only the two of them surely he could book some shows now with his wife in the wings to watch. Oh well i at least can say i have seen him live and he is hilarious.

He makes me cry laughing! Literally blinded by bloody tears! During lockdown I had him on but, with big dock off headphones..as everyone out in sun at time.. never thought of everyone hearin me cracking up though.. luv him!
He is fantastic the top comedian miss him from being live
I've seen Lee live several times over the years....even sat on the front row 3 times ! He is amazing and very much missed.....but I am sure he is loving his family time. Thanks Lee for the eternal laughter x❤x
He a rich man , he worked hard and for a long time to be successful , he is a sublime comedian , he has nothing left to prove ..retired and enjoying family life well done Lee , we love you .

Watching some of his old stuff, still a legend and always will be. Well deserved 2 now spend alot more time with his family.
We need another live show or tour. I am gutted I never had the opportunity to see you live. Lee Evan’s is in a league of his own 🔥

We reside in South Africa 🇿🇦, I am 56 years of age and I can still recall Brussels sprouts being served at home when I was a child (who had no influence over the household cuisine) I believe that the Brussels sprouts were at one time a compulsory inclusion on the dinner plate in every household where the decision maker (person who frequented the grocery store/ fresh produce market ?🤔) had British ancestry: with my late mum being of English decent (Smith) and my late father being of Scottish decent (Reid), there was zero chance that our Sunday dinner plate had not been contaminated with the greyish green veg, courtesy of the adult who dished up for us young ‘invalid’s. (🤢)
