This entire team, but particularly the seniors & grads, one more time, will remind the entire softball world, exactly why most knowledgeable fans consider them the greatest college class to have ever played the game.

I am very excited about how the pitching ended the regular season. Pitching will be the difference, and our pitchers our finding their groove. I'm optomistic about our chances.
By Sooners standards, it has not been a great year, but by normal standards it's been a pretty darn good year for the Sooners 6:29 . My final thoughts are if the Sooners don't win the fourth natty It's going to take a hell of an effort to beat them, but my money is on the sooners to win it all.

The whole scenario with OU before and after the streaks ended can be compared to Kevin Costner and Ashton Kutcher's characters in the movie, "The Guardian". It's like, okay, now that we're no longer obsessed perfectly maintaining all these unprecedented records and streaks, we can get down to doing what we do best--play real championship-minded dominating softball. One more major streak fell and that was it; the unbelievable stress these gals felt was gone. You could feel a massive exhale after losing the OSU series and just getting to play that third game for what it was. And, we saw it again in their game against Texas last week. Our ladies play best when they play free and happy. And, now they are. So, watch out because the Sooners are not going away anytime soon. BOOMER SOONER!! 💝🥎
