Hong Kong is famous for its many street foods and roasted meats. The aroma and flavors are unmatched. You see crowds lining up to buy some roast duck or pig, because the average HK citizen can work long hours and lives in a very small apartment where it is harder to cook and layout a normal meal. We admire the wonderful food but we may not understand how this market came to be in HK.

Absolutely amazing the preparation and no fuss presentation, even the bones are there for sucking clean. The only downside to me personally was the discarding of the tail, my favorite part. Thanks for sharing.

I used to have the impression that these stall holders would be very impatient and aggressive, but I realise that I was wrong .These people who did the chopping of the ducks and geese actually sounded very nice and friendly. 👍👍👍👍👍
