I really appreciated that you took so many videos about Hong Kong, where the place I come from. I'm studying oversea and I keep watching those videos in these few days and made me homesick. Some of the videos that make me be more understanding of how were they make those delicious street food that have established my childhood, and one of the reason is I was shy to stand right there and keep staring them to prepare food too.

I remember the stuff at around 3:00 (the rice with the pork/duck) used to be like 10HKD... that's like less than £1... It was simple but it's friggin' amazing.

+FreeSeoul (무료 서울) Yup, I agree. I have talked few of them in my company, all are very hard working, polite and sweet. Forget the political tension between, "India" and "China". When i look people inside, we have suffered, rose, and did hard work in the same way . Hope all will be well, "one day".

I lived in Hong Kong for 2 years. Temple Street night market is a fantastic place for street food and shopping.

Omg, @7:50 chicken feet are awesome! looking at them it was pretty intimidating ,but after I tried chicken feet they became one of my all time favorite things to eat while in HK.

So many great food...i'm only visit HK once...i tried their famous scrambled egg from adc (creamy and savory), yat lok goose (very umami goose skin)...and i regret because i dont try their street food...i need to visit HK again after this pandemic really over.
having been to Hong Kong these "vendors" are there by 7 AM, they work through lunch and dinner, non-stop just chopping and on to the next one, then leave at late night. its hard work alright

I used to live in HK. I remember these markets well. Baxk when I lived there they used to strip snakes alive in the back streets of Wan Chai.. Those days are long over.
Every time I see food in round shape or form ,I feel like it will have goodies in it....lol
