OIL Making Process from Coconut in Factory - Coconut Harvesting and Processing for Oil and Sugar

Coconut oil, or copra oil, is an edible oil extracted from the kernel or meat of mature coconuts harvested from the coconut palm (Cocos nucifera). It has different applications. Because of its high saturated fat content, it is slow to oxidize. For this reason, it can last up to six months at 24 °C (75 °F) without spoiling.
Virgin coconut oil is derived from fresh coconuts (rather than dried, as in copra). Most oils marketed as "virgin" are produced one of three ways:
Quick drying of fresh coconut meat which is then used to press out the oil.
Wet-milling (coconut milk). With this method the oil is extracted from fresh coconut meat without drying first. "Coconut milk" is expressed first by pressing. The oil is then further separated from the water. Methods which can be used to separate the oil from the water include boiling, fermentation, refrigeration, enzymes and mechanical centrifuge.
Wet-milling (direct micro expelling). In this process, the oil is extracted from fresh coconut meat after the adjustment of the water content, then the pressing of the coconut flesh results in the direct extraction of free-flowing oil.

I come from a place where we have been using coconut oil for cooking, hair oil, massage, even to light lamps before the electricity. I clearly remember when i was little during the 2000s people were starting to use sunflower oil saying coconut oil causes obesity, heart diseases and pimples and slowly people started avoiding it all together. Now in the 2020s the trend has reversed. Now everyone suddenly only wants coconut oil in everything. Sadly we lost a chunk of our coconut farms due to the 2000s. But glad to know that people finally decided that if we were using coconut oil for the last couple of 1000 years, it was the best oil to be used for sure.

Yes I agree with you, my mom used to make the coconut oil. She used coconut oil and palm nut oil. She wouldn't buy coconut oil from the market, she wouldn't eat beans unless she made the oil herself. I know how to make coconut oil, it was and is still the best oil in the whole world. Now I moved back home after decades in foreign country, no more coconut oil in my mother land Africa.
