Hi, love your cake recipes they turn out so fuffly nd flaky... I use convection to bake cakes at 180 degrees but my cake never gets baked in 25- 30 mins it takes about 50-60mins to get baked..Also sumtimes the cake sinks in the middle.. please help me wid it..

Hi.. I love all ur recipes.. I have tried few as well.. The cake texture and taste turns out good but the top layer sort of over bakes/becomes dark in color.. Pls help me with the reason why? I am using IFB 25litres convection oven
