    Have had mine in for 100 miles and I just pulled the dust cap off and it was dry. I love it. So easy to use and install. The fact that planes use Curtis valves, sold me.👍👍👍👍👍

    Do they come with drown mode or is that something that has to be programmed in? Looking to do my first oil change on my x3 and it seems no one else even tried to get all the oil out so I’m confused weather I have to even do this “drown mode” or pump procedure

    Nearly all BRP products, and Rotax in general have drown-mode/flood-mode programmed from the factory. You can test your machine for this feature prior to changing your oil per the video instructions. Our valve kit is an aftermarket solution combined with the SeaDoo oil change procedure for a spill free oil change. It also eliminates the risk of thread damage.

    That is correct. By performing the SeaDoo procedure (Drown Mode) the oil which typically drains from the secondary will instead drain from the Curtis valve.

    Our process is certainly unconventional for a non-marine application. During the first drown mode cycle, you still have roughly 1 quart of oil pumping through the engine. And .5-.6 quarts for the second cycle. Drown mode is just moving the remaining oil to all the important areas, and then gravity directs it down to the drain valve. You are never starving the engine of oil during our procedure.
