Vladimir Oidupaa (Владимир Ойдупаа), also known as Oidupaa Vladimir Oiun (Ойдупаа Владимир Оюн), sings in his trademark high-tone Oidupaa Kargyraa style of Tuvan Throat Singing (Khoomei), made further popular by notable Tuvan bands such as Alash Ensemble and Chirgilchin. This track is a rare pre-1999 recording of Vladimir Oidupaa.

It's the same song. Oidupaa's music tends to have both a slow and fast portion, but the transition got cut short in this recording.
